The loft, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile and woodwork throughout, is settled behind the main house, and includes a comfortable king bed, modern decor, fold down couch, well functioning kitchen, and access to hot tub. Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. Located in the friendly, walkable neighborhood of Kenton, this ADU is a five minute drive off of I-5, a 5-10 walk to the nearest bus lines and MAX station, and a block-and-a-half away from the central Denver St. commercial zone of Kenton with access to restaurants (Vietnamese, Thai, Mexican, soul food, pizza, pub food), coffee shops, library, and convenience store. Fred Meyer and New Seasons grocery stores are close by. The ADU has a double bed, memory foam mattress, and a white noise machine.

For whatever brings you to Oregon, stay at Mama J’s comfortable, peaceful, safe and convenient spot. Portland is just ten miles away, the closest beaches, Columbia River Gorge and Mt. Hood are all about an hour, and there are numerous hikes from the forest right down the street to Silver Falls and beyond. Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). For everyone, the house (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, BBQ, hot tub central gas heat and central AC. This is a bright, clean and cozy space to land for folks who love the suburbs (not in the city city but we are close drive to the city center) but want to be surrounded by nature. With ambient noise from the creek and highway.

La Terre ~ Modern Mini Studio

"La Terre" is a great place to stay! The street is busy but safe. We are close to Intel, and TV Highway in the Beaverton/Aloha area, where restaurants and supermarkets can be found. Our place is designed to be welcoming and cozy. It has a smart TV and WiFi, a private entrance along with its own kitchenette induction kitchen, full bathroom, a full-size bed, two twin-sized sofa beds, and a desk area. The studio is exclusively for guests. We have parking space and friendly neighbors.
