Au 5ème étage avec ascenseur, ce deux pièces de 46 m2 vous séduira par sa rénovation moderne ainsi que sa terrasse au calme. La remise des clefs se fait dans un commerce de proximité (2 minutes à pieds) jusque 23h30. Passée cette heure un supplément de 20 euros sera demandé.

For business or pleasure, you will enjoy staying in this comfortable, completely renovated studio with a chic and retro style. It is located on the first floor without elevator of a 3-unit condominium. Located close to the centre of town but still in a quiet and calm neighbourhood. We have a wonderful sunny terrace overlooking a flower garden with a view of the sea.
