Sleak Sea View Penthouse Cannes.

This beautiful but totally run down building from 1890 was asking to be bought and restored to its original character.and so began our long and ever ongoing story of restoration.. the two storey Penthouse of approx 120sq. m plus a French balcony on the entire surrounding of the one level..direct lift access zips you up to the 4th floor..where the seaview and sun greet you immediately..a large lounge/ dining area with open living plan and french doors access the balcony..open plan Italian kitchen..all totally new and furnished to a luxury level. A double bedroom and ensuite bathroom are also on this level. Take the circular staircase to the next floor with another large double bedroom and ensuite..laundry.. and large master suite bedroom and large bathroom..with character mansarda or loft ceilings..and lovely views of the sea and Suquet. Palais is 5 minute walk ..beaches .also nearest from 5minute walk..the fabulous fresh food/flower market of Cannes just a block behind. Croissette of Cannes with all the worlds leading boutiques..plus restaurants and cafes all just a few minutes walk. Parking.. Very easy..there is a Parking station called Marche Forville in our street.. Rue Gaznaire.. Nearly opposite our door.. Booking is advised in summer.. Or just in front also another very good station .. Pantiero.. Both online.. I am always available by phone or email if anything needed.. Judy Reach the sea in just 1 minute, then pay a visit to the fabulous food market just behind the property. This is the most characteristic part of Cannes, just a 5-minute walk from the Palais, beaches and the city's myriad of boutiques. taxi stand, bus interchange, local bus, airport bus..just at our doorstep at the Old Port.
