Pleasant roof terrace with sunset. On the other hand, it is strictly forbidden to navigate with the houseboat, it is intended as accommodation and remains at the port.

The houseboat 'Schwanennest' is located on the lake in Kirchberg an der Raab. The location offers many opportunities for walking or relaxing in nature and water sports. The cosy 19 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating as well as air conditioning. Furthermore, a table tennis table is available on the property.
