Beautiful apartment, comfortable and spacious. Too bad we didn't have time to take advantage of the terrace and garden! The parking spot inside the courtyard is priceless. The neighbors are a little noisy, or maybe the thin walls, but apart from some strange noise at night, they didn't bother us. There is no wi-fi, my son would have appreciated it, but it is clearly indicated in the description that it is not available, so absolutely no problem!

You are well and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place. The kindness of the hosts completes, the happiness of being in this accommodation.

Beautiful and finally relaxing vacation . The comfortable beds and Veronica is a great host. She was kind and thoughtful . The house is a small wedding favor located in the middle of the greenery. Our little dog was able to enjoy the outdoor spaces with fully fenced gardens. Great location to visit Acqui Terme and taste the wines of the area. We'll definitely be back

A pretty little house absolutely impeccable located a little back from a fairly busy road 3kms from downtown Chiavari and the seaside, easily accessible by car and where we were able to park our car safely. The house has everything you need or more. The laundry is spotless and everything is very clean. Once in the house, you will be quiet and the charming little garden allows you to enjoy the outdoors, even if you perceive the noise of the road a little during rush hour. Our dog enjoyed it. There are even bowls for your dog!! The bathroom is brand new and a brand new barbecue awaits you for your grills. Chiavari is a lovely city, especially its historic center. The train station is right in the center and allows you to travel easily to the Cinque Terre. Our host was very welcoming and very responsive to any concerns. You will not regret your stay at Christian's!

We stayed for 1 week in April 2025 and everything was so perfect that we wanted to extend our stay by another week. Unlike many other properties in the surroundings, this home is well located and very accessible in terms of roads and parking spots. Ivanna even brought us home made cakes at times to make us feel spoiled. The top of our stay was the beautiful garden where we would have all of our meals. Ivanna and her whole family gave us a very warm welcome from the very start. It was really hard for us to leave such a paradise.

Excellent welcome while we arrived late at the apartment. We appreciated the kindness, the responsiveness of the owners and the caretaker. Very well equipped and clean. Jaccuzi and gym. 30 min public transport from the Dome of Milan.

Simone is available and kind, ready to answer any questions. The apartment perfectly matches the description and has everything you need for a pleasant and quiet stay. If you have no problem with parking, there is the possibility of leaving the car in front of the house. I absolutely recommend both the house and the host! :)

Alberto was very kind and helpful. The house is very clean and well equipped. Furthermore, it is designed to combine the Italian architecture with the modernity. We spent Christmas and had wonderful time with the family.

In fifty minutes from Milan you are in a paradise: hills, vineyards and Casa Percivalle with a beautiful swimming pool just for you. Silence reigns supreme, only crickets. You feel free and at peace. We had a great time. Tim's house is very well placed to discover this area. The house is spacious, very nice with its large very clear stay and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful , well maintained and has a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are discreet. We spent 4 wonderful days at this villa in Mombaruzzo! The villa is simply fantastic: spacious, with attention to detail, and equipped with every comfort. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking, surrounded by tranquility, perfect for both families and groups of friends. The pool is perfect, clean and well maintained, ideal for relaxing and having fun. The staff was super super super super helpful, always kind and ready to help us at any time. Plenty of amenities available that made our stay even more enjoyable. I recommend this villa to everyone,an experience that we will surely repeat!

The welcome package including delicious goodies and chilled wine was especially welcome following our long drive and went far beyond our expectations. Our hosts were super friendly, helpful and were clearly on hand to address any issues that may have occurred. The reception by the nice hostess was very friendly and informative. The location of the apartment with great views of the sea and coastline is overwhelming! We felt very comfortable in the apartment: well-equipped kitchen, a lot of information available about the area, etc. The area offers endless excursion destinations, we are very happy to come back!

We loved our stay at Victor’s home. It was spotlessly clean and the view was just incredible. It is brilliant for kids, they had the time of their lives!

Caterina, welcomed us. And we had a great stay. The accommodation is very close to the beach and a convenience store. A little far from the city center but public transport is available very close to the accommodation and the train is a 15-minute walk. The accommodation is very quiet, very peaceful. It was hot but Caterina brought us fans. Thanks for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. The location was perfect - very walkable to the downtown/water and train station. Sara is a very warm, hospitable host and her responsiveness to questions/texts was excellent. She met us at check in, explained everything there was to know about her place and left us with a list of recommended restaurants in Santa Margarita as well as Portofino. The grounds were beautiful and private, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace. We felt instantly at home! We would definitely stay at Sara's again.

Great place to stay! Well equipped, wonderful balcony with great views of the sea. It is only 5 minutes by car to Chiavari, from there everything is easy to reach! Very very nice and large garden with lots of play opportunities for the kids. Laura always responded very quickly and kindly to questions. We highly recommend this home!

there is only one thing to say about Marcello's house: simply wonderful. House equipped with every need, nothing is missing. It seems to be at home.
