Entire Mid Century Home with Pool

Casa Moderna is an entire three bedroom home with two baths. Lounge by the pool, equally spectacular by day or night, and take in the exotic landscaped design in a tranquil lush setting. Part of a planned architectural park by designer Gregory Ain. -No check-outs on Friday or Saturdays during June, July, and August, due to high weekend inquiries. -4 night min stay over holiday weekends: Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving. -By request, a BBQ grill with propane gas tank is available. A $50 grill cleaning fee applies. -Renter must be on property, no 3rd party rentals. -6 guests maximum. Built in 1947. The entire block is a planned architectural park - 28 houses, all the same plan. The original structure is in tact, with no major alterations. This spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms has a fully equipped kitchen with lunch counter with stools, modern living/dining room with plenty of seating, private courtyard with lounge area from kitchen, and an enclosed, private rear garden with pool & dining/lounge furniture. Guests will have access to the entire home. Please note that the detached garage is reserved exclusively for the property owner. It is situated closest to the street with an enclosed courtyard separating it from the main house structure. It is used as an office/design studio on occasion. Access from the driveway door assures no disruption for guests. The privacy of our guests is a priority and will not be disturbed. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the property. There are lots of independent restaurants and bars in the immediate neighbourhood. Plus it's only a short drive to Rose Bowl, Old Town Pasadena and Norton Simon Museum. Also close by are Huntington Gardens, Descanto Gardens, and Pasadena Playhouse. Uber and Lyft are a great way to get around! Parking available in driveway as well as plenty of unrestricted street parking. Our rental comes with all the amenities of home so you get to enjoy the comforts of home while experiencing something new!
