This Guest Unit is separated and independent from main house in the back with a private entrance to the unit through the deck area for your privacy. It is a quiet residential area with total privacy. Comfortable and close by to plenty of attractions nearby, about a 15-20 min walk distance to Huntington Art Gallery, Caltech, Pasadena City College, Coffee bars, Grocery Stores and Restaurants within the area on the East side of Old Town Pasadena. I will reach out to you prior to your stay to provide you with check in instructions. A combination will be sent out to you a few days prior to your arrival to the key box to access the Unit. Your space is in the lower half of a historic, Spanish style home in the neighborhood of Eagle Rock. Originally a speakeasy in the 1930’s, we’ve maintained its character while at the same time converting the bar area into a convenient kitchenette and adding a new modern bathroom. The yard is very lush with native oaks and flowers and there is a designated area for guests. We are located 2 blocks from the main boulevard which has many shops and restaurants. Just leave the car and walk to dinner.

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

NO pets or young children. Although Airbnb has a policy of not disallowing service animals, I respectfully suggest you consider different accommodations.
