Monthly Rentals in Altamonte Springs

This was a great place to stay! My priorities were: 1. Being close to my grandkids in Lake Mary. 2. Secure / safe accommodation 3. Being close to a bike path. 4. Being close to a golf driving range 5. Being close to good restaurants. 6. Adequate cooking, washing facilities. If you're a bicycle rider, there's a 25 mile paved trail that's only about .4 mile away. TopGolf in Lake Mary is a nice facility if you want to work on your golf swing. I highly recommend Vida Concina for food and drinks (about 5 minutes away). All my expectations were met; I look forward to staying here again. Final note: the room was very tastefully decorated, and the availability of a washer/dryer was much appreciated for my extended stay.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Once inside, the house is just as the pictures show. It is obvious Matt put in a lot of work to make this property comfortable and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the linens were good quality. TVs in every room and the games were an added plus. Would definitely stay there again.

Maria’s place was comfortable with great bathroom and private bedroom. Host was always responsive to my needs and questions quickly. I would definitely stay again!

This unit is so cute! It was exactly what me, my husband and our dog needed for a weekend get away! The host was so nice and very helpful if you had any issues,which we didn’t. Would love to stay here again!
