Our listed half-timbered house was built over 200 years ago and is freshly renovated. As a contrast to the historic wooden facade, we have designed the interior to be modern and cozy. Our apartment 1 is located on the first floor of the house and is about 50 square meters. The large garden allows you to recharge your batteries or let off steam. Direct access to the terrace. Garden furniture with private seating and barbecue facilities invite you to linger. The views of the castle and the Ilsetal are picturesque.

Gemütliche FeWo, 45Qm, mit tollem Ausblick aus der 5. Etage. Die Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer, Motorradfahrer oder für ein romantisches Wochenende zu Zweit. Die Kristall Saunatherme ist fast vor der Tür, genau wie der Wald, 2 tolle Badeseen im Ort die man auch zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. Eine 5. Person kann im Notfall auf dem Sofa übernachten. Decke und Kissen müssen dann mitgebracht werden. Bäcker, Restaurants, Arzt und Apotheke im Ort. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

We have furnished the apartment according to our ideas in natural tones and also like to "escape" from the big city to our apartment in the Upper Harz Mountains. Unser Heimathafen in Altenau ist ca. 45 m2 groß. Darin enthalten sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit offener Küchennische, welche gut ausgestattet ist. Es stehen genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. In der Ferienanlage gibt es auch einen Waschsalon mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern gegen Gebühr. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Keller für Fahrräder und/ oder Skier / Snowboards Abstellmöglichkeiten.

Relax in this special and quiet space. The apartment is in a quiet side street on the Glockenberg (not in the holiday park!), only 5 minutes walk to the town center. In the vicinity is the crystal spa. Just 5 minutes walk to the town center. The tourist tax, currently €2.80 per person/night, must still be paid on site. Bed linen is to be brought, or can be rented for €12.00 per person, when booking.
