The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. The apartment is located with a balcony to the south, from which you have a magnificent view of the Harz forests. The apartment is fully equipped, bright and quiet and also offers a large family plenty of space. In the indoor park (car-free) there are small children's playgrounds and lots of greenery. The sounds of the park cannot be heard in the apartment as it is facing away from the courtyard. Plenty of parking spaces are available.

Rustic witch cabin overlooking the river from the cozy bed. A sitting area offers enough space to have a cozy breakfast or work with a view of nature. The entire house was made in solid construction by the carpenter. On the terrace right in front of the cottage you can also enjoy the river view outdoors wonderfully. Toilet and shower are located in the sanitary house 50m away. A sauna cottage can be used at an additional cost.
