In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

The more than 100-year-old half-timbered house was lovingly renovated in 2017 and is now looking forward to welcoming its guests. It can accommodate two people. In front of the house, there is a terrace and garden. Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and radio provide entertainment. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, sink and toilet. In addition to a kettle, coffee maker & fridge, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Located not far from the city of Bamberg, on the edge of Franconian Switzerland.

Not only a charming accommodation awaits you here, but also the perfect starting point for treking, biking or simply relaxing days in nature. In addition to its historic old town, Scheßlitz also offers you all the necessities of daily use. In few minutes you can reach Bamberg, a UNESCO World Heritage City with unique flair. Absolutely! Spend relaxing days in a typical Franconian village. Our property is located directly on the outskirts in a quiet but by no means secluded location and is a great starting point for many activities. Ideal for dog owners as we are directly adjacent to fields and meadows. A bakery, butcher and supermarket are almost around the corner and in the village there are inns with good home cooking and home-brewed beer. The Main and quarry lakes in the vicinity provide cooling on hot days.

Beautifully located right on the edge of the forest, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. Zückshut, a small place, is in the immediate vicinity of the World Heritage Site of Bamberg. The Obermain thermal baths, Vierzehnheiligen and Banz Monastery are in approx. 15 minutes by car. Climbing enthusiasts also have Franconian Switzerland close by. In just a few minutes on the A73 and at the A70/A73 interchange. For final cleaning, a one-time fee of €30 will be charged.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in unserem Haus mit separaten Eingang . Sie wurde von uns liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist 70 qm groß und die Südterasse ist ca 35 qm groß. Der Wohnraum verfügt über eine vollausgestatte Küche, über einen gemütlichen Wohn- Essbereich und über ein Schlafzimmer. Lage: Zapfendorf liegt im Städtedreieck Lichtenfels, Coburg und Bayreuth. A73 ist ca 1km entfernt .
