We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. I'm originally from Lüneburg and was visiting my family. The apartment is super central and only 5 minutes walking distance to downtown. We even received tips on activities that are super helpful for visitors who are not from Lüneburg. The surroundings were very quiet. The apartment was super clean and the bed very comfortable. The house is just a little noisy, so we heard the family with the children above us in the morning, but you don't hear anything from outside. Overall, we were very satisfied and will come back. 😊

We stayed at Gerrit's for the second time. This time for 8 days. The apartment on the upper floor is absolutely accurately described. There is a parking space in a quiet yard, Netto market, organic shop and a tapas restaurant can be reached in a few minutes. Gerrit's apartment is very conveniently furnished, everything needed is available in the kitchen and it is tip top clean. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed with 7 guests over Easter, which is more of a house as a guest. Communication with the host was always friendly and communicative in advance and in person. The house is simply beautiful and immediately conveys a feeling of well-being. Very, very nice style, modern and and generous on one side, rustic with bricks inside on the other. The images in the display correspond to the realities on site. Everything is sparkling clean. Really special are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. This considerably relaxes the overall situation. Remarkable: right in the area, three stork nests are easy to watch - wonderful. The immediate surroundings are rather very quiet. You have to like it. The biosphere reserve begins behind the front door. As made for nanonatura experiences. All in all worth a trip, my recommendation is 100%. Short tip: Cafe am Märchensee, relaxed reachable in a day tour. Nice operation, extensive ice card.

Short excursion over the 1st of May, Work and Travel to pay a visit to Magdeburg after many years. The apartment was the perfect place to combine work and leisure. It is exemplary equipped, everything is thought of! Even noodles and organic tomato sauce in case you arrive very hungry. My highlights: two Samsung frames so discreetly inserted into the wall decorations as conceived by Samsung, the garden terrace to the communal garden, the king size bed, washing machine and dryer, sharp chef's knives :) In addition, flexible arrival, exciting books about Magdeburg (lost places and the Ripper of Magdeburg). Details such as make-up towels, spices, good board games, a very well equipped kitchen, a safe, beautiful glasses. We loved our stay, we were able to work and relax well! Thanks a lot!

Beautiful, charming and spotless apartment with everything you need. Walking distance to center of town. Bettina is a wonderful host, very helpful but gives you plenty of privacy. If you're very tall I would probably not stay here though as you'd have to duck all of the time.

It’s a great Appartement - I stayed at it with my kids from early July 2022 through mid-August 2022. The interior is new, inexpensive but matching and practical furniture. The washer/dryer unit is great and I loved that it had a dishwasher too. The unit has plenty of extra linen and the kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The neighbors in the house are great - never had any issues with noise. The Appartement is located not in the best part of town (watch out for dog poop on the sidewalks) but has easy access to public transportation- about ten minutes walk to the tram and about the same distance to the Magdeburg-Sudenburg train station. Overall we loved our stay there and it’s definitely safe for families with kids. Grocery stores and playgrounds are all within a ten minute walk, so was my kids favorite ice cream place.

We felt very comfortable in Christina's accommodation. For us as big city dwellers, the quiet location was perfect, which is exactly what we were looking for. The apartment was very clean and as described and well furnished (great that it had two nice bathrooms). The view from the windows is fantastic and wide. We made several trips, such as to Lüneburg (beautiful!), Hamburg and Heidepark. Everything was good and easy to reach. Supermarkets were also not far away. Christina was always easily accessible (even in person) and we were able to have a good conversation. We can definitely recommend the beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment. The old Bölzk train station is lovingly filled with life by Ekaterina. Upstairs, this apartment is really tastefully decorated. A highlight for me: the concrete itself cast shower :) The place is unique by its surroundings: there is not much here. By car, however, you are not too far from the small village of Pritzwalk, or at one of the numerous lakes, many of which are almost deserted even in good weather. Ekaterina is an insanely friendly person who makes your stay as comfortable as possible. It was always fun to chat with her briefly and her recommendations for the surroundings were really very helpful.
