My property is located on the edge of the forest in a quasi-secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski resorts as well as in the midst of the most beautiful hiking routes. You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Spacious 75 m² ground floor apartment with a small terrace and direct access to the garden - only 250 metres from the lake. Two bedrooms - one with a large double bed, the other with two single beds and a cosy bay window that invites you to read and relax with wing chairs. The bright kitchen with dining area offers direct access to the small terrace overlooking the garden. Here you can start the day with breakfast in the countryside or let it end in peace.

Welcome to our dog-friendly vacation home on idyllic Lake Attersee! Enjoy the lake view and nature. The house offers space for 5 people, a modern kitchen and a renovated bathroom. A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.
