A comfortable and clean place. Close to downtown with quick access to transportation. 100% recommended.

The property is wonderful with open spaces like the rooftop and nice views of the city. The room was excellent with a large and comfortable bed, a table and shelves, and the bathroom was clean and had a hot shower with useful items stocked. The location was great with good restaurants around for menu del día and easy access to supermarkets. It was also a quick walk to the main avenue and not too far from the plaza. The hosts were nice and the WiFi was mostly stable. However during my stay, there was a lot of construction noise which started early in the morning as the only downside. Definitely would recommend and I would return the next time I’m back in Arequipa, and hopefully the noise won’t be an issue.

I loved their house style and decoration. They are warming and welcoming persons and made me feel at home and I really appreciate their kindness. Thank you very much !

Very friendly Mr. Miguel, always attentive to any questions. Beautiful home, clean and tidy very furnished with everything the description indicated. Very flexible with check-in for check-in. Highly recommended. 😇
