We feel comfortable during our stay, it's a nice, comfortable and safe place.

We had a super good experience, the house is very comfortable and nice, each room has TV, and its own equipped bathroom. The house has a terrace with a very nice view. Ana's attention at the distance was always kind and timely, and Fabiola was very attentive and gave us immediate response to any questions or queries. They were very considerate of us and gave us flexibility when entering as to leave, we would definitely return.

Thank you so much, felt like home to me. Would book in this place again!

Very nice and helpful hosts. Apartment as described, clean with basic equipment. In the building are  more apartments for rent and large tarrace for shared use. 

A true haven of peace in the city! We loved our stay here: the welcome from Patricia and Barbara was warm, the house is large, clean, with a nice view and a beautiful little garden. It's a 15-minute walk to the central square (or just 5 minutes by taxi, for less than $2). You feel really good there! Our only regret: not having spent more than 2 nights there!

Completely grateful for the service provided, we extended our stay due to the comfort provided and excellent services,everything as described, thanks to the host for always being attentive, for giving us facilities, highly recommended, I would definitely return with my family.

Absolutely stunning Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were speechless—the décor, the thoughtful presentation, and small touches like bottled water, essentials, and delicious Peruvian chocolates made us feel instantly welcomed. Every room was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, with large TVs throughout. The location felt private and safe, and it was less than 15 minutes from the center of Arequipa. Arnaldo was incredibly responsive and kind. One heads-up: there’s a washer (which I liked more than mine at home!), but no dryer. I was unsure at first, but Leonardo assured me it would dry quickly—and he was right. Everything dried within hours or overnight. We washed several times with no issues. My parents and I had a lovely stay and would return in a heartbeat!

The apartment is conveniently located, the only thing is that you have to be physically fit because it's 5 floors without an elevator 😅 But the view is very nice and the apartment is very complete Very comfortable, recommended

Excellent stay and exceptional service My experience in this apartment in Arequipa was excellent. The place is comfortable, clean and well located, ideal for enjoying the city. However, what really made the difference was the host's attention. They allowed me to check out later, which was very helpful, and they also saved my bags until my flight time, which allowed me to take advantage of my last day without worries. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay with good location even if it’s an Uber from the centre. Comfortable bed, quiet place with fridge and Netflix. Had to buy extra loo roll only supplied 1 for a 3 night stay and no hair dryer, think this would be a good amenity to have for mid range backpackers! Overall good value, cosy and comfortable stay! Would recommend!

The apartment is as described, the area is safe and Carlos responds super quickly, I thank him very much for having given us access facilities before checking, it is a gesture that we will have present in future visits to Arequipa.

The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos. The bedrooms were spacious and everything was sparkling clean. It was also very well equipped, everything was present for a few days stay. It is quietly located but the center is still within walking distance. We had a very nice stay and would definitely return again!

Great place, felt like a hotel. was about 9 minutes walk to the main Plaza and felt very safe with the 24/7 reception

Very good host. The accommodation is close to the Plaza Yanahuara, the viewpoint of the Misti, different tourist restaurants and the shopping centers. Everything is perfect.

Amazing location! Close to everything but still very quiet and peaceful. Home is very comfortable with a lived-in 70's vibe. Had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive.

Alexander and his mother were great hosts. There was a lot of space on his 7th floor apartment. A good mall is 3 blocks away and a better mall is 2 km away. It is conviently located. The space was quiet and all the amenities worked very well. I would return.
