Recently updated 2 bedroom home In a nice, quiet family neighborhood in Alturas. The home has RV parking as well. Bed bug and allergy covers for all mattresses and pillows. Very comfortable memory foam mattresses. Inernet with Amazon Fire Stick with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Dishwasher, dryer, washer, dining room, beautiful backyard. heated by kerosene monitor, electric wall heaters, and portable heat. Has ceiling fans in living room and dining room.

Tucked away at the base of the Warner Mountains in Surprise Valley, this pet-friendly cottage is nestled in the pines alongside Mill Creek in Lake City, CA. The bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, sleeps 2 and opens out to a roomy deck for listening to the creek. The comfortable living room provides a futon for additional sleeping. The bright, airy dining room seats 2 and opens out onto the deck for wide mountain views. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, silverware, microwave, and coffeemaker.

The space is large and the decor is charming (traditional and homey). I appreciated the extra touches for our dog, including a dog bed and pet towels to dry off his paws when we came back from a walk. The weather was a bit cool while we were there, but there is plenty of heat in the home to keep us nice and toasty inside. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had a question, and the checkin process was easy (lockbox). We bought some groceries at the grocery store in the neighboring town which wasn't too far, and the store had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home for a nice little getaway to the countryside.”
Nicely remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath home on over 1 acre. Very quiet and comfortable home. We have central air and heat, in cal pines about 13 min from Town. Closest neighbor is 1/2 mile away. Chickens and abundant wildlife around. Deer, rabbits, quail, ducks, geese in the area. Great for the travel nurse or seasonal government employee. Very peaceful and quiet. WiFi and Amazon tv. BBQ on back porch and pool table for your use. Room has blackout room darkening curtains so perfect for day sleeping
