Monthly Rentals in Alwalton

We had a wonderful short trip to Lance and Amber’s place. The cottage is so cosy, beautifully decorated, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. Haycock Manor is just a couple of minutes’ walk away and made for a lovely setting for a family celebration meal the evening we stayed. The local sourdough and jam the hosts left for us was a real treat! Would highly recommend this place and would stay for longer next time.

Ruth's place was the perfect spot for our weekend away. Great location, easy access to the A1, pub next door and several walks on the doorstep. The annexe is very well equipped and Ruth has thought of all the extras that make the stay a real home from home and great if you've forgotten to bring anything. The private garden is lovely, even in January and a wonderful spot to watch the birds come and go. Ruth's breakfast supplies are generous and we loved how she checked in with us beforehand to find out our preferences. A fabulous find!

Zoe’s communication was the best I have every had. The breakfast was a real bonus. Great place for me to stay over while on training in Peterborough.

We really enjoyed our stay at Liz’s beautiful thatched cottage. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Chequered Skipper, which is just across the street. We met lots of people walking dogs, and the views out of the cottage are of gorgeous fields and trees. The peacocks were a fun, unusual addition, but bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper! They can be loud if they visitor your garden. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
