You will be in absolute calm in a property of several hectares with centuries-old oaks, chickens and 2 ponies, a permaculture vegetable garden and a view of the Pyrenees. You will enjoy a private terrace and the pool house of the swimming pool (open from June to mid-September) – shared with another cottage – to relax.

Very quiet environment with unobstructed views of the countryside and Pyrenees in clear weather. 10 minutes from the Saramon recreation center (swimming lake, games) 20 minutes from AUCH. Numerous hiking and biking trails. The mill is located at the rear of the renovated farmhouse near the outbuildings with separate access. Limited access to the owners' pool, schedules to be defined together.
