The house was clean and comfortable. It is ideally located and very quiet, close to the city center and main amenities. Floriana was very nice and approachable, responding promptly to our needs. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

We chose this apartment for our short vacation in Rome. Stefania is a super friendly host and has always been active in our questions or requests. The house was as described in the photos and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely keep it in mind as a property for our next visit to the capital.

My partner and I spent a beautiful New Year's Eve in Sere and Sara's apartment... the apartment was very nice, well furnished, very clean and equipped with all the comforts... it is also a stone's throw from the main square and the fortress of Manciano, a beautiful medieval village of the Maremma... we highly recommend it

The Airbnb was very beautiful and well maintained and exceeded my expectations. The area was very convenient and nice. The communication with the host went very smoothly, he was very friendly. I definitely recommend the place.

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

We are very satisfied, the host Franca is very welcoming and friendly, we will come back next time

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Claudia is very kind, polite and responsive. Comfortable house, with many comforts, clean and in a quiet area. private parking is extremely convenient, house equipped for all the necessary needs. Full, comfortable and equipped kitchen for everything you need. Nearby supermarkets, bars, and clubs, which allow the property to be very comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Great location, large garden, beautiful view of the olive trees for the sunset. Very nice apartment, recently renovated, functional and quiet. Rossano is extremely friendly, provided us with many explanations about nearby hikes. It also produces its own wine and very good quality olive oil. Thanks

Antonello's apartment is very comfortable to visit Perugia on foot, being a short walk from the historic center of the city. From here, you can also visit the other areas in a short time by car. Antonello is very friendly to professional and we felt comfortable in his home. Being also hosts in Venice, we have shared information and issues related to our work; the tips are always welcome. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

We had a lovely day at Paola's apartment. It's clean, functional, in a good location near a minimarket and especially the minimro of Perugia which is a wonder. Communication was easy and Paola was very available. The wifi was working fine. If we returned to Perugia, we would rent in the same place.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Very tastefully decorated apartment. Very quiet and only about a 15-minute walk to the beautiful old town of Perugia with delicious restaurants and nice bars. There is also a nice bar around the corner of the apartment. Highly recommended.
