Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, light a fire at Zwiethouse, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. The cottage has a unique atmosphere, created with materials from the old days. It is in the back of our yard, has views over the meadows, the forest and the dike. In the summer, the cows graze from the adjacent farm in the meadow, the ducks and meats swim in the ditch. You will regularly see a stork or a deer! With the sound of the cake, the kievit or the owl, you will experience nature very close! From the conservatory or from the large garden, you can see the sun rise in the morning.

Cozy, comfortable, easily accessible &great WiFi Pets are welcome. We charge €15,- for additional cleaning work.

Our luxury apartment (60m2), in the converted barn of a beautiful thatched farmhouse, has a separate bedroom (double box spring) with French doors to spacious garden with seats and loungers. The apartment has its own sauna, whirlpool, shower and toilet. And a nice living room & cozy fireplace. If you would like breakfast or to use the sauna, we charge a limited fee (€12.50 p.p. for a luxury breakfast and €50 for the sauna for 2). Minimum stay 2 nights

Koetshuis 't Bolletje is an attractive, detached residence on the open NSW estate De Bol in Redichem, part of the 17th-century 't Rondeel walking park. The residence contributes to the conservation and management of natural beauty, and is available as temporary accommodation for hikers and nature lovers. Guests can explore the open part of the estate. Basic amenities are available, in harmony with tranquility, history and the natural environment.

Beautiful cottage with a beautiful wide view over the meadows. There is space for 2 adults and possibly 1 baby up to 1 year old. There is a camp bed for the baby. It is a lovely cozy cottage within walking distance of the bustling & picturesque center of Voorthuizen. Voorthuizen is the perfect gateway to the Veluwe because of its convenient location. A good base for many hiking and biking trails and there is plenty to do in the area.
