Pleasant apartment located in the city center, on the ground floor of a building of 3 units. It is a 2 minute walk from the Circus and 5 minutes from the hyper center. Local shops are 2 minutes walk: bakeries, grocery store, butchery, cold meats.... 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to bus stop. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a work area, a dining room and a living room. The kitchen and the bathroom are equipped, separate toilet.

My place is in the middle of a big garden and in front of the river "la Somme", perfect for nature lovers. It's also really close to Amiens and his famous church. The city offers a lot of activities (for adults but also children). You have all the confort, suitable for families.

The cottage is located within the Chateau de Naours at the entrance of a very quiet village. Parking is available and free of charge. There is a 1 hectare park. It is close to the underground city, 15 minutes from Amiens, 45 minutes from the Bay of Somme, 1 hour from the sea.
