Downstairs is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, etc. One of the bathrooms, with a large bathtub. The living room is the house's focal point, as its fireplace makes this part of the house a peaceful and cozy place. An ideal txoko for meetings and celebrations etc., from which you can access a beautiful patio, also private parking of the house. The patio is ideal for relaxing and playing sports. Attached to the patio is a charming garden with the relevant furniture, green area, flowers and fruit trees. There is also a playground for the kids.
