On the 10th floor is this beautiful studio with unobstructed views. Due to the beautiful daylight, this apartment feels very pleasant. The studio is extra well insulated, virtually soundproof and equipped with underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop,refrigerator and convection oven. The bathroom is even "spacious" by Amsterdam standards. A double elevator, enclosed bicycle shed and caretaker make it extra comfortable and safe in the complex. Top location
