Het huis heeft een ruime en comfortabele woonkamer met een volledige uitgeruste keuken, een ruime badkamer met een apart toilet en heeft alle gemakken die men nodig heeft, waaronder handdoeken en uw verse espresso in de ochtend. Landelijk gelegen vakantiehuis op 20 fietsminuten van het centrum van Utrecht. Er zijn 2 fietsen aanwezig. Het bosrijke gebied is zeer geschikt om te wandelen en te fietsen, kaarten zijn beschikbaar.
