Two independent bedrooms, one bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink, a large kitchen to share convivial meals and front two living rooms bathed in daylight. Great for family stays or weekends with friends. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the city center, easy access to all transportation.

The accommodation is located 30 m from La Roue metro station (20 min by public transport to get to the center or 10 min by car), on a quiet street and close to amenities. The studio is on the second and top floor of a house where you will also find 2 bedrooms for rent. Visitors have access to the sunny terrace at the back of the building.
