Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Anderson County

The decoration in the home and the history within is stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice! The host leaves many amenities such as toiletries, many snacks, air mattress, and fans. The location is nearby to many cute restaurants and shops and close to the University of Tennessee as well as all of the stadiums and coliseums. Would totally visit this house again!

This was one of the very best places we have stayed. It’s tucked back into an older neighborhood yet close to anything you’d want. JP goes above and beyond setting up a welcoming environment. It’s the little things that stand out like a welcoming basket and beverage, toiletries for those unexpected needs, a bookshelf amply stocked with a variety of books and games. Any and everything has been thought of, right down to the s’mores box! It also boasts a great outdoor grill! The beds are comfy, the towels are plush and there are blankets to curl up with in the living room! The kitchen is also amply stocked with all the comforts of home. Just be careful of the refrigerator ice dispenser, it comes out fast, and we found ourselves cleaning it off the floor all too often! We plan to visit the area in the future and are hoping JP’s place will be available! We’d rent it in a heart beat! Many, many thanks to our host, they were the tops! We just can’t say enough good about them!

We enjoyed staying here so much. This was one of my favorite airbnbs. It was a fun layout, cozy, it had everything we needed for a couple days! The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are roomy. It has several options for sleeping arrangements. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe. We were able to take walks around the neighborhood with no problem! We did not know the Airbnb was attached to the host’s home, which we typically stay away from (it’s just personal preference). But overall, this was fine because the Airbnb is pretty private.

So serene and peaceful. Inside was decorated very cute! Several thoughtful amenities! All instructions were clear and either posted on the listing or on the whiteboard in the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

Best place we have stayed in a long time. Located right outside of town in the middle of the owners farm. It is very relaxing and peaceful. You can wake up and have a cup of coffee and say hi to the cows. If you have kids who loves farm animals, they will have blast getting to know the cows. Absolutely love this place and would recommend to anybody wanting to stay in the area.

Beverly has a beautiful property and was very accommodating to my wife and me. The property has a fun little trail that leads down to the river and was peaceful!

The home was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The kids absolutely loved it too, which made the whole experience even better. Lovely space for a two person getaway. The lodge contains multiple units, but noise was never an issue and there were plenty of parking spaces. The Nuthouse is up a short indoor flight of stairs and was easy to find. The views were beautiful. Shower pressure is very important to me—here it was fabulous. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was decorated beautifully and we felt right at home. Pam offered lots of information about the Smokey Mountains and generously provided several small snacks and delicious homemade mini muffins for us to munch on. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

The location was fantastic! Quiet yet close to everything that my family and I want to do while on vacation. The condo was exactly as described and decorated beautifully. It was extremely clean too. Stephanie was very responsive and helpful even recommending things to do over the holiday weekend for us. The condo was ready early so she opened it up for early checkin which was great since we were traveling with our dog and 16 month old daughter. When back in the area we will definitely be looking to see if Stephanie has anything available!

This place was perfect! Walking distance to everywhere we went. Any questions asked Julie answered very quickly. The place was also very nice, and everything we needed.

Super close to all the main attractions in the area! Very well equipped and while in a condo complex, it’s quiet and feels private once you’re inside the unit. Nice little thoughtful touches all over and very responsive host. Very comfortable spaces and rooms for all.

Keith was super responsive and the instructions were super helpful—especially the instructions about the roads being steep and wanting to get up the mountain before it gets dark. The view is beautiful and it was really quiet. The best part was the location being only 15 minutes to the Sugarlands Visitor Center!

Clean and cozy. Enough room for my family of six. Not far from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Ashleigh made my stay a breeze. She was informative and thoughtful about providing me with information knowing it was my first time in Knoxville. She was extremely responsive and flexible to accommodate my needs. Her place is conveniently located and in a lovely historic building close to plenty of attractions. I was able to explore the town on foot which I highly recommend. Thanks again Ashleigh for making my experience so memorable.
