On approximately 50 m2 and 2 levels, the house includes: Ground floor: living room/kitchen with direct access to the terrace, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (double beds 140) and toilet. <!>Pets accepted, avoiding leaving them alone if possible (in an unknown place). Ski resorts 50 minutes max.

We are offering for rent this small apartment in the countryside but close to all amenities and in the immediate vicinity of the highway entrance to Geneva. 3 km from the Santa Claus House and 30 minutes from the Glières Nordic cross-country ski resort. The entrance is independent, the terrace is quiet and sheltered at the back of the house, the view from the bedroom is unobstructed and not overlooked. Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, not overlooked, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the motorway entrance allowing you to easily cross the Savoie territory. If 2 guests sleep in 2 separate beds, I charge a supplement of €10 for the stay.
