We had a wonderful two days. Simone made herself available for any questions and needs. The apartment is exactly as described, very nice location, close to the beaches but at the same time surrounded by the greenery of the Ligurian hills.

The apartment is very nice, very well cared for and with everything and more. The furniture is brand new and with lots of details that make your stay comfortable. Located in a beautiful building equipped with an elevator and reserved parking space. The sea view is beautiful and definitely represents its best feature. Being a close-up, with the windows open you can hear a little the noise of the traffic from the street below, but closing the windows the sound insulation is perfect, the breathtaking view of the bay then makes you forgive everything. I thank Sylvie and her daughter for their hospitality.

Great apartment with amazing view. Very clean, modern and equipped with everything you need. A beautiful beach with restaurant is just below. A real little paradise to enjoy in an ideal location. The environment is very peaceful and ideal for rest. I recommend Uber for translation to nearby places. Laura is wonderful and I have all the recommendations for this apartment. We had a lovely stay at Lena's. The apartment is impeccable, the balcony view is superb. Being able to park the car in the residence's free private parking lot is a big plus. We will come back without hesitation!

Everything went well, the apartment is not very large but well furnished and it is very well located. Amedeo is friendly, he gave us plenty of good places to visit and I thank him for accepting that we came on Christmas Eve, if I go back to Sanremo I will be happy to rent his place again.

Very friendly welcome and complete availability from the host. Apartment cared for in every detail and very clean. I highly recommend each couple as a small love escape, great bathtub is beautiful, the courtyard is beautiful☺️

I recommend the attic by the sea to everyone, a cozy and relaxing place within walking distance of the sea. Claudia was an impeccable host, always kind and available. Only the 4 flights of stairs, to consider if you have heavy luggage or reduced mobility, otherwise it becomes a pleasant free gym, as the listing says:) Thank you Claudia and see you next time!

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Villefranche Thanks Richard

Great stay, the environment is beautiful and quiet, the residence is well located. The accommodation is spacious, clean and well-equipped. Cindy is a responsive and caring host.

We have been visiting the Finale/Varigotti area for many years and we had never found a little house with a window in front of the sea. In fact, everything in Varigotti we have always found houses with prices inaccessible for us, so this time there was a miracle. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, with our favorite focaccia under the house, it didn't seem true. The house was simply perfect as a location and very cozy. Check-in was very easy... leaving was very difficult, we would have stayed another two weeks:)

A quiet and nice accommodation in part of Nice we wanted to get to know more. The nearby railway with the station within a five-minute walk was beneficial as we also wanted to use it for a couple of trips. No disturbing noise from the trains. Slightly longer walk to get to the tram but both lines 1 and 2 within about ten minutes walking distance. Good kitchen area with modern stove and oven which was appreciated as we are happy to cook ourselves from local ingredients. Would love to come back to this home where we were well received by the host Kim and her kindness both before, during and after the stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect!!!!! We came to spend a week with our two toddlers. The welcome was great. The accommodation is very well equipped, well arranged and super well thought out. The beds are comfortable. We didn't miss a thing. It's in a good location . Having a parking space is really a plus to shine without question. In fact, it was one of our criteria of choice. Fausto and Tatiana were welcoming, helpful , good advice, and super responsive. I would definitely recommend this place. You won't be disappointed. We'll be there again. Thanks 🙏

Very nice rental: bright, very clean, comfortable. The apartment has a splendid sea view. Véronique welcomed us with bcp of sympathy. We highly recommend this rental. Attention: to reach the village of Eze on foot from the apartment there is no sidewalk. So you have to walk on the road, so it's a bit dangerous.

We recently stayed in the apartment Chill&Hill and it was a fantastic one. The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The pool was lovely and perfect to relax in. Viki was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for 2 nights. The house was very clean, equipped with everything you need and the hosts were super friendly. The apartment is also close to the station and this has allowed us to reach Monaco on the occasion of the E-Prix in a few minutes. We recommend it!

Great location, wonderful views, nice stay, clean bathrooms, kitchen and facilities. A little on the costly side, nevertheless it was a great stay. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Kalima and Fati were very friendly and responsive. As I stayed for a long stay, almost 2 months! Kalima even bought a TV for my stay. The accommodation is not in the basement as it was written in a comment…:( but on the ground floor! overlooking a park with olive trees and hundred-year-old cypresses…..!!! overlooking a magnificent view of the Principality on the RCM side!
