The proximity to Hembygdsparken with large play activity park, animals, ice cream and food is great for families with children. There is also a scenic walk/running paths along Rönne Å and activities such as mini golf and UpZone. In the evening, you stroll to the city and eat, or get 2 km to wonderful Skälderviken and swim.

The house contains six smaller apartments, each with its own entrance. No common areas except the garden, which everyone is allowed to use. There is a jetty with outdoor furniture and also outdoor furniture on the lawn. Can be rented canoe to paddle directly from the garden!
