I will be happy to share with you the environment in which I have lived since I was a child. I took over my grandparents' house where the sweetness of Anjou is not a myth. Close to the center of Angers (10 minutes drive); public transport possible. Quiet and direct access to the river and hiking trails. Free access to the garden. Nice little house in the vineyard of Anjou, close to the golf course of Angers. Located in the Loire Valley, it offers a perfect base for visiting castles and vineyards. Very quiet environment two kilometers from the center of Brissac Loire Aubance. "La société" was the community café of the hamlet of Orgigné in the last century. Terrace appreciated by opacarophiles, parking, wood stove.

You'll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. It is an old house made of tuffeau stone located in the heart of a troglodyte courtyard. The cottage has a fitted and very well-equipped kitchen but also an outdoor courtyard with terrace (barbecue, garden furniture, bikes available). My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends.
