My stay was simply wonderful! We were in a large group and everything exceeded expectations. Seu Nelson was extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help us. Hirlan also showed great care and attention throughout our stay. The house is excellent: spacious, very clean and with a full kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils. The gourmet area is well structured, perfect for family moments, and the atmosphere as a whole is very pleasant, the night is beautiful and illuminated. The children had too much fun with the ball and the two goals made available in the grassy area. The pool was always clean and is of a great size. The supplied towels were soft and smelling, a detail that made a difference. We spent 5 days in the house without leaving and we don't miss anything. It was an amazing experience and we certainly want to repeat!

I have stayed at many Airbnb over the past few years, and I can confidently say that this was my best experience so far. It felt like a luxury holiday experience at an incredibly affordable rate compared to other areas. The check-in process was incredibly seamless and the hosts are always available to help. The space was even better than described and was perfect for hosting our group of 10 people. I do not usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to write one because there is truly nothing negative that I can think to say about our experience. The hosts have gone above and beyond to help you feel at home and they even provided us with a very generous welcome present upon arrival. The only comment I would make is that, if you choose to hire a private chef as the general area is quite sparse for supermarkets and restaurants, please make sure you do your own research and obtain various quotes. The host could help you, but they have no responsibility beyond the home.

Our experience in this house was just fantastic! The space is extremely well equipped and structured, providing all the comfort we could wish for. The place is stunning, and we could barely leave, we were already planning our return! Thiago welcomed us with great cordiality and was available throughout our stay, quickly answering all of our questions. Also, the Cícero housekeeper was a great help, always ready to assist us in everything we needed. Sure, we'll be back soon!

Very quiet stay from start to finish. Condomínio easy to access, well located near the center of Conceição. The house serves 11 people well, with a fully equipped kitchen, everything very clean and smelling. Mauro and Marcelo were extremely gentle and flexible regarding check-in and check-out times. The accommodation is very good, clean and with good infrastructure for the guest. We only miss the bed and bath linen, which we had to take from home, which causes a certain inconvenience for the traveler.

Start by the host that was rated 1000, always available and quick in the messages, request, friendly, gave us 100%of the necessary information and a perfect afternoon coffee! Now apt very clean, organized and with all the utensils possible for stay. The view of apt is a spectacle and the condominium, wonderful, with club, swimming pools, gyms, game room, beach, barbecue. Everything perfect!!!!! Sure we'll be back there !

We were in the chalet of Marta (Manacá da serra site) for the second time, first in winter and now in summer. We spent a wonderful week in the cozy chalet overlooking a beautiful and open valley, with bright but fresh sunny days and starry nights, a paradise. The chalet has improved since 2018, now has Wi-fi, which makes it easy for those who need to work or navigate (we use location apps well), as there is no cellular signal in the region. The kitchen is very small but very well-equipped, essential for those who will stay there a few days, isolated from restaurants and shops. Impeccable cleaning, comfortable linen and towels, furnishings in perfect condition. Great bathroom, very useful laundry area. The shower outside was perfect for a postwalk shower. The exchange of information and tips with Marta was excellent, it greatly facilitated the planning of what to take and rides in the park and surroundings. As we return, we recommend the cottage for couples and adventurers.

A quiet and quiet place, exactly what we were looking for. Very well located the house, close to beautiful beaches and the river Ariró which passes by the side of the house and has points to bathe nearby. Regina was very attentive, gave us several tips and even a mime that we keep with great affection!

Daniele's space is very comfortable, it has everything you need to cook, the tub works perfectly with hot water. Scented and clean bed and bath linen. The place is gorgeous, a beautiful region, a pity that rained and we could not see the waterfall, which was very close. Daniele always ready to answer questions, and answers quickly. The host tip about the 4x4 car is valid. The hostess made available salt, coffee, rice and others, but we took our stuff and didn't have to use it, I thought it was nice of her, as the house is far from trades. We are very grateful for her understanding and caring for her guests. We'll be back soon!

My stay at Kelly's place was simply magical. The place is a true hidden paradise amidst the lush nature of Angra dos Reis. The house is beautiful, surrounded by a green and living jungle that connects us immediately with the peace and beauty of the environment. Each space was pristinely clean: large, comfortable and bright rooms, plus bathrooms that conveyed freshness and care. The natural pool by the river was an amazing experience — swimming surrounded by nature and the sound of the water was something that renewed the soul. Kelly was a wonderful hostess, attentive in every detail so that our experience would be unforgettable. Everything exceeded our expectations. I recommend this place at heart for those looking for disconnection, fresh air and days of direct contact with the most beautiful nature. For sure, we would come back once, twice, a thousand times. Thank you so much, Kelly, for this little piece of paradise!

I need to give the compliments separately, to live up to how wonderful the hosts are. Starting with Paula, always very helpful, attentive, kind and very friendly. She started to answer all questions months before our stay, very quickly and kindly. She deserves all the stars possible! Hélio is also no slouch. He welcomed us very warmly, showed us every corner of the house and made us very comfortable. We had an unforeseen nature event and we were without power for a few hours, he took the time to bring us candles and ice packs, because he was concerned about our purchases. In addition, he left several tips about the location, he was very nice, very nice people and very concerned about being extremely cordial! About the house, I have no words to describe how extraordinary, clean, cozy and prepared it is to welcome guests. We will definitely be back very soon!

Extremely quiet place, in contact with nature and animals. Rio within the property, give to fish and sleep with the noise of the waters, extremely relaxing. Paulo is a kind, respectful host, gave indications of trades, beaches and walks. The house is comfortable and large. We were in two families, being of couples with 2 adolescents and 3 more children, accommodated them all with great comfort. We made food on the wood stove, very nice to have this experience. It is important to bring repellent and insecticide, as it is a country house, so it is normal to have mosquitoes and mosquitoes. Bringing bed linen is also important. In relation to the location, the property is in the middle of nature, an easy access dirt road, from the barrio to the property takes around 20 minutes. The road has 3 bridges, does not have a cellular signal, but everything is very quiet, it is only important to download the address so as not to lose the location. Super indicate the location, we will return.

It was a great weekend, beautiful and quiet place, the very attentive Host, highlighting the homeowner Neném, grade 1000 always helpful. The very good barbecue space, the site has several fruit trees and is quite wide, a ball show pool with the delicious water directly from the stream that passes by. Two negative points: 1 - It is the warmth at bedtime, even with the window open the fan does not flow, I went to sleep on the hammock myself on the balcony. 2 - It was the lack of power, but that is on account of the service provider. Overall note 9/10.
