There is a public transit stop not far away. Entire accommodation on the second floor of a small building, with a parking space below the building. I will hand over the keys to you.

In the winter months, if you wish, you will be enveloped by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace.

The apartment, with great views, is located on the second floor (staircase with elevator) of a historic building and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. The supermarket is a few meters from the house.
