Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

Casa Zen dista 200 m dalla splendida Piazza Unità d'Italia, 100 m dal Canale Ponterosso, Piazza della Borsa e a 1 minuto da Molo Audace. Dalla stazione ferroviaria si arriva a piedi in 5/10 minuti.

This small appartment, especially suitable for couples, is located in the heart of Trieste's historical center, in a romantic pedestrian area at 50m from the famous Unità Square. The appartments has a nice and functional furnishings, it has everything you may need. The wifi is free and very fast. You will be close to shops, groceries, museums and aperitifs. The area is quiet, in the immediate vicinity are the stops of several bus lines and various shops. Also within walking distance are the historic site of the Castle of S. Giusto, the Astronomical Observatory and the J.J. Winkelmann Civic Museum of Antiquities. Public parking is free in the district

The apartment is located on the second floor in a small condominium, in a quiet street a few steps from the city center (by foot in 15 minutes or by bus in 5 minutes you arrive in Piazza Unità). The building does not have a lift. Parking is free on the public street. The area is well served (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars, bakery, fishmonger, butcher, laundry ....).
