A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

Casa Zen dista 200 m dalla splendida Piazza Unità d'Italia, 100 m dal Canale Ponterosso, Piazza della Borsa e a 1 minuto da Molo Audace. Dalla stazione ferroviaria si arriva a piedi in 5/10 minuti.

The apartment is located on the second floor in a small condominium, in a quiet street a few steps from the city center (by foot in 15 minutes or by bus in 5 minutes you arrive in Piazza Unità). The building does not have a lift. Parking is free on the public street. The area is well served (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars, bakery, fishmonger, butcher, laundry ....).

STEPS from piazza Unità

Grazioso piccolo monolocale (ha solo 16 mq) , posizione centralissima a 1 minuto da piazza Unità e dal mare. Bagno con ampia doccia, wc, bidet. Stanza con 2 letti, frigo, attrezzatura per tè e caffè. Si trova in zona pedonale, al 4° piano di un piccolo pittoresco condominio. Aria condizionata. Non c'è l'ascensore. E' possibile il SELF CHECK IN.

Studio with garden near the sea

The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.
