From the terrace you can fully enjoy the sun and look out over the water and the old region. From Kolhorn you can reach the sea and the beach in 15 minutes. The town of Schagen is nearby, where you can visit the West Frisian market every Thursday. Various walking and cycling tours also start from Kolhorn. You can store your bicycles safely and dry in our shed.

You can unwind under the veranda and have canoes at your disposal with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and the picturesque village of Kolhorn. It is located on the Westfriese Omringdijk, where you can take beautiful cycling or walking tours in the area. You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week.

You will be staying in an apartment in our farm. This also means that you may hear us walking up the stairs and that you can hear us walking on the first floor. Schagerbrug is a village in the municipality of Schagen, North Holland, Germany. Around the village you will find an open polder landscape in which you can excellent hiking and biking. Not far west of Schagerbrug lies a beautiful dune area, the Zwanenwater, in which you can relax well. A beautiful beach walk is of course also possible! A visit to Den Helder or Alkmaar is also one of the options.

't Achterend is a beautiful guest house in our North Holland farm, rural, located in the village of Stroet, close to the sea and forest... Unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for children, due to a ditch on the premises. It is also possible to rent electric bicycles!
