We live in an apartment attached to a 100 year old barn where my daughter and her family reside. We lovingly call our place "Howard's Cove Retreat." We are 3 miles from Annapolis and our home is located on Luce Creek. We offer two bedrooms and two full baths, a full kitchen and a living area, plus access to outdoor space and boating off of our dock. Our place is good for couples and families especially those who want to be close to their Naval Academy sons/daughters.

Very clean and spacious basement apartment with free street parking. There is a private entrance, so you'll have your privacy. Great neighborhood with neighborhood watch. It comes with a 12" queen memory foam mattress and a loveseat recliner that can sleep extra 2 guests. There are 2 TVs, 1 in the parlor and 1 in the room if you want to snuggle up with your partner. Kitchenette is available. I also operate a small rental fleet. You can rent by hour or by day.
