Waterfront vacation rentals in Anne Arundel County

We had a wonderful stay and so happy with our decision to book with Nate. This is our third trip to Annapolis and I can say this was our favorite booking yet! Location and walkability are essential when traveling with an infant and this fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of great food places nearby and host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Wow I cannot say enough about Jeanne's place, it met our needs for lots of sleeping spaces, lots of seating spaces for individual chats among our family group, but still intimate enough that all of us could be engaged at the same time. The layout of the property was top notch, well thought out, beautiful use of architecture and nautical/shipbuilding materials and theme flowing throughout. The views from inside the house overlooking the creek were amazing, everyone loved the loft room with the window, and the waterfront wildlife was nonstop from arrival. Everything was well stocked and super clean, and it was easy to get in and out of the house. Great area, great place to getaway and recharge. LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS PLACE. Would not think twice if I needed to stay here again. Definitely!

I cannot say enough about Paul! Proactive, great recommendations and an all-around fantastic fellow! My children, two dogs, and I had a wonderful time and would come back in a heartbeat! The place itself is immaculate and has a gorgeous view of the Chesapeake Bay. Minutes from the Naval Academy and an easy ride to the Greenbelt metro so we could catch a DC United game in the city.

Great above-garage apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and comfortable king bed with walk in closet. Location is directly off the highway but not at all noisy. Had a little trouble finding the location (I accidentally drove past it the first time) but eventually realized I was at the wrong place. 10 minutes to downtown Annapolis.

Our time there was absolutely amazing! The place was so lovely, and the view was like a promise of pure relaxation. Every room had these sweet little touches that made our stay feel incredibly special. It was more than just a place to unwind; it was a haven of tranquility. Shawn, with her warm-heartedness and dedication, turned our stay into something we'll cherish forever. It's the kind of place where you can let go and soak in the beauty around you. Huge thanks for giving us this unforgettable experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Shawn's place. It is located in an absolutely beautiful area with a gorgeous view of the water. The place was beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of places to relax outside with a view of the water. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out and watching the sunset each night. Shawn was a lovely host and is a genuine person who wants you to have the best stay!

As pictured and described. Very clean, Kimberly was very responsive. Perfect getaway for 2. Great walkable location to local restaurants. Safe, behind the gates of the marina. Would highly recommended.

Good location if you have a car and as described.

We stayed at the house for a family wedding. We had a total of 7 people staying in the house and there was plenty of room and beds for everyone. The house has everything you could need! The backyard is beautiful with a view of the water and access to the water. The host gave clear instructions and made it easy to get into the house! I would definitely stay in the house again and recommend to anyone in the area. The area is beautiful and we found some great seafood restaurants!

Another great stay with a wonderful host in a lovely house on the water.

This was a fabulous place for a family gathering over Thanksgiving! Kayaks, basketball, and shooting pool kept all generations active and having fun. There are several parks and beaches near by for walking as well. The bedrooms are well appointed with high quality linens and towels. Tanya’s place is highly recommended!

Megans place was very peaceful on a water inlet yet only a 20 min walk across the bridge to the heart of Annapolis. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies as well as coffee/tea and related items. We had 4 couples and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. A great weekend!

Steve is a wonderful host. He greeted us warmly and gave us a very thorough tour of the house. He had recommendations for everything local that was of interest to us. He has a beautiful home and a beautiful setting on the water.

While I have loads to say about Robert's place, Robert is actually the gem in this arrangement. A fabulous communicator and a responsive, flexible, and generous host, Robert made the stay amazing! The home is fantastic. Right on the water with beautiful views from the deck and multiple rooms. An amazing "basement" space with comfortable seating and a bar. A well-stocked and large kitchen. We had a wonderful time and will be returning in the future.

The stay was great. Erika was proactive and quick with all communication and the area is quiet and beautiful. The home was actually larger than expected with some nice, modern updates. We only stayed here for a weekend but would definitely recomend a week stay.

The cottage /house was peaceful on the edge of an inlet from the Bay. The patio was lovely. It was chilly so we couldn’t use the kayaks. The kitchen was very well equipped. The dishes, utensils, cookware were quality. The extra cozy blankets were nice. He responded to a request very timely. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Loved our stay at Marie’s condo. The place was clean, well-stocked and cute. Comfortable beds. Unbelievable view of the water and State House. A 10!

We had a great stay at Jane’s. It’s lovely and comfortable place with a deck that looks out over the water. Location is excellent, walkable to Annapolis and destinations in Eastport. We especially appreciated the scones and wine ready upon arrival. Jane was also a very responsive and welcoming host. Great stay!

A beautiful location with plenty of room for two couples. Nice balcony and panoramic view of the historical Annapolis waterfront and state capital. Fantastic restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. Super parking too!!!

Would recommend for a group of 3-4 people! Beautiful location, and central to downtown but still far away enough that you can enjoy some quiet time and privacy. Excellent restaurants and so much to do/see. Would stay here again. It has everything you need for the night while you’re out and about during the day.
