Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Anniston

I've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this one was the best stocked and the best for entertaining of all the places I've stayed. We in town for a competition. My son wanted us to rent this house because it looked like it would be a great option for hosting his teammates and friends while we were in Alabama. He was so right! We had visitors stop by four of the five nights we were there, including one night where we hosted the entire team. (Note: I asked and received permission for the 10+ families to have dinner there and volunteered that we wouldn't be drinking alcohol.) Every single parent gushed over the facilities. The kids had a blast. We used the grill, the pool, the fire pit, the kitchen and the various seating areas. It was such a fun night! Also, I really appreciated that the hosts trusted that their guests will treat their property well. Everything in the bathroom and kitchen were so well stocked.

This location and farmhouse were great for relaxation and just an opportunity to get away from the city. I would stay here again. Loved the front porch and Valentine, the donkey. Highly recommend this stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Jody’s house. It was clean with beautiful views. Everything was easy to find and Jody was responsive and gave easy to understand instructions on how to get in the house and how to find it.

Vickie was the perfect host & very responsive. I was in town for a funeral & found the home to be very clean & had everything that I needed. I wld definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a warm hometown atmosphere.

Everything was as advertised. It had everything thing we needed except an outdoor door grill but I knew that going in. Thanks for everything

The vacation was beautiful. We loved just hanging out on the dock and kayaking up and down the lake. We enjoyed fishing and playing pool. We loved it so much that we spent the majority at the house hanging out on the dock. Laura was friendly, prompt in responses, and helpful.

Amazing is all I have to say. Will definitely be back again.

Linda was very responsive and helpful when I had an issue booking for same day. Home was very clean and has a million dollar view. We met Linda the next day and she was very friendly. The rental had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our stay!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! The pictures do not do it justice. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, in a safe neighborhood, not far from town but not in the middle of the hustle/bustle, close to the interstate, and perfectly located between Birmingham and Talladega. Wendy was responsive and flexible when our flight was delayed by multiple hours, and we weren’t able to arrive until the wee hours of the morning. She even left the lights on outside so we could see to get in and had water/snacks there for us. Check-in was a breeze, and check out requests were reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The host was super responsive and as helpful as possible. The bed was super comfortable and I slept beautifully! Love the location as well, as it is close to nightlife just a few blocks away. Fantastic stay overall.

Booked this for one of our employees for a temporary stay in Ashland, AL. The employee was very happy with the stay and the amenities provided at the AirBnb. It was a clean, charming place for a temporary stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Class of ‘70 girlfriend get-together. Nostalgic. Near the Historical Society museum. Loved waking around the old town square and court house. Excellent decor. Catchy apartment titles. Old First National Bank Building. One apartment is named ‘Close Quarters’ and has a window that looks out on the Court House. ‘Night Deposit’ sleeps 6 and features the fabulous original wooden crown moulding coffered ceiling in the living room area. Many original features have been preserved and used in the new construction of the apartments located on a second floor. Vintage pictures of the original working bank are displayed and brick exposed. Anybody who lived in Ashland, Al from 1907 and grew up there will agree, this is a treat and a perfect place to stay a few days and reminisce.
