Vacation rentals with beach access in Ano Poli, Thessaloniki

Sunny, spacious calm flat right in the heart of the city. We stayed in January and after a few days elsewhere in Greece spent in under-heated rooms, it was very nice to arrive somewhere warm, inviting and well-equipped. The building is scarcely a minute's walk away from Thessaloniki's main avenue/square in a bustling area, but because the apartment is at the back of the building we didn't notice any noise at all. Recommended.

Definitely ultra high recommend place if you want to visit Thessaloniki. Beautiful apartment with all possible things you can imagine. 10 stars from me!

Ο χώρος ήταν πανέμορφος , το «ξύλο» κυριαρχούσε στον χώρο κάτι το οποίο προσωπικά μου άρεσε, είναι κάτι που λείπει από μια αστική περιοχή οπότε το κάνει να ξεχωρίζει ! Μου άρεσε επίσης το γεγονός ότι η πολυκατοικία μύριζε καθαριότητα και ο τρόπος που ήταν διακοσμημένη ! Θα επέλεγα σίγουρα να μείνω ξανά !

Καταπληκτική φιλοξενία! Το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα, μέχρι και παιχνίδια και βιβλία για τα μικρά παιδιά! Η Jely ήταν πολύ φιλική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ό, τι χρειαστήκαμε! Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο και ανετο! Όλα υπέροχα! Στην καλυτερη τοποθεσια, όλα στα πόδια σου! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

We had a really nice stay. The place is a few meters from the beach and restaurants. It is clean and perfect for 1-2 people. The host and his family was super nice and welcoming. We even got some vine and could try the host’s home made pastitsio which was delicious. 😊 Thank you for the memories!!

Christos and his Wife Stella made me feel like home and part of their family. Will be my choice place when I visit Thessaloniki. They deserve 20 stars not 5.

Absolutely loved our stay! This beautiful flat was the perfect getaway. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views and easy access to local beach and restaurants. The house itself was incredibly clean, modern, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The look of the building is not as prestine as the inside but that didn't matter to us. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We met a wonderful lady neighbour who helps feed those 17 cats living in their parking lot😊( A dream for cat lovers like us). The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Angelina went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and provided us a welcome drink. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We extended our stay for another night and was charged a bit more for that additional night. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Great comfort appartment

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Katerina wohnt zusammen mit ihrem Sohn in der oberen Wohnung, während die Airbnb Wohnung die untere Wohnung mit Garten ist. Die beiden waren sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und ihr Sohn spricht sehr gut Englisch und hat uns auch ein paar Mal sehr ausgeholfen. Dennoch hatten wir komplette Privatsphäre. Wir waren mit unserem 2jährigen Sohn und Mietauto da und für uns war die Lage perfekt. Schön ruhig, toller Garten mit schönen Meerblick. Man muss nur über die Straße laufen und schon ist man am Strand, der sauber und schön ist! Wir waren im September da und hatten den Strand manchmal sogar komplett für uns alleine. Die Lage ist auch gut, um eine Wanderung in der Nähe vom Olymp zu machen, oder die archäologischen Stätten in Vergina und Dion zu besuchen (alles ca. 40 min Autofahrt).

Aikaterini’s home is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was immaculate, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Would highly recommend! Thank you Aikaterini!

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

Nice apartment with garden, next to the beach with lots of tavernas nearby. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment because it is in a row with very similar ones. You cannot park your car in front of the apartment, but there is a parking nearby. Nice and cozy space. Good communication with the landlord.

Makis war ein hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, war relativ schnell zu erreichen. Er gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und brachte uns sogar nachts eine Austauschglühbirne. Besonders der Garten ist ein Traum, das Häuschen hat den 70er Jahres Charme, was nicht jedem gefällt, uns aber schon. Wer modernen Luxus haben will, ist hier fehl am Patz. Die Photos entsprechen voll der Wirklichkeit. Die Betten waren gemütlich, für die doch kalten Abende sorgte eine Art Klimaanlage für die Wärme. In der Küche war alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Negativ waren die 9 Hunde des Nachbarn, die oft laut bellten und unserem Hund Angst machten und zu dieser Jahreszeit am Strand wenig los war. Aber dafür konnte ja Makis nichts

Das Haus von Evi & Anni ist wirklich schön und direkt am Meer gelegen. Der Strand direkt vorm ist zum schwimmen sehr geeignet, was wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. In der fussläufiger Nähe gibt es einen weiteren Strandzugang mit einer Bar, Schirmen und Liegestühlen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und gemütlich, allerdings sehr unterschiedlich groß und ausgestattet - wir haben dann gelost wer welches Zimmer bekommt. Die Küche und das Bad sind super, es ist alles gut ausgestattet und man kann von überall gut arbeiten oder es sich zum Lesen gemütlich machen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich. Man erzählte uns, dass die Gegend früher recht touristisch war aber da der Campingplatz in der Gegend geschlossen wurde, ist seit 10 Jahren weniger los. Der Ort ist ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen, was den Aufenthalt sehr ruhig und entspannt gemacht hat. Es gibt zwei Läden wo man einkaufen kann und einige Restaurants. Mit den Bussen hat auch alles gut geklappt. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

We had an amazing stay at Hlias’ place! We loved how central it was—everything was within walking distance. Super convenient and made our trip even more enjoyable!

Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Πεντακάθαρος χώρος , επαρκή είδη υγιεινής ( πετσέτες μπάνιου κλπ) , πολλά κλινοσκέπασματα). Το μπάνιο ήταν καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο ενώ διέθετε πλυντήριο,πιστολάκι μαλλιών καθώς και αφυγραντήρα. Το μεγάλο ατού του συγκεκριμένου καταλύματος όμως ήταν η εξαιρετική του τοποθεσία καθώς βρίσκεται δίπλα σε στάση μετρό και σε ολιγόλεπτη απόσταση από πλατεία Αριστοτέλους καθώς και μέρη διασκέδασης στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης! Να σημειωθεί επίσης η αρκετά ικανοποιητική σχέση παροχών-τιμής!

Όλα υπέροχα! Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία και η οικοδέσποινα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστούμε!

Το σπίτι της Ελισάβετ ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες, πεντακάθαρο, νοικοκυρεμένο και πολύ εύκολα προσβάσιμο. Η τοποθεσία του κεντρικότατη και ένα βήμα από σταθμό του μετρό. Η Ελισάβετ είναι εξαιρετική! Έκλεισα το σπίτι για την οικογένεια μου, που ήρθε από την Αθήνα για την ορκομωσία μου, και η ίδια απαντούσε άμεσα, έστειλε σαφέστατες οδηγίες για το πώς θα βρούμε το σπίτι και πως θα μπούμε σε αυτό. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα το σπίτι της σε όποιον θέλει να επισκεφτεί την Θεσσαλονίκη. Σε ευχαριστούμε θερμά για όλα Ελισάβετ!❤️

Great views of the sea and really close to many attractions in the city. I would stay again!
