Vacation rentals with beach access in Ano Poli, Thessaloniki

Sunny, spacious calm flat right in the heart of the city. We stayed in January and after a few days elsewhere in Greece spent in under-heated rooms, it was very nice to arrive somewhere warm, inviting and well-equipped. The building is scarcely a minute's walk away from Thessaloniki's main avenue/square in a bustling area, but because the apartment is at the back of the building we didn't notice any noise at all. Recommended.

Definitely ultra high recommend place if you want to visit Thessaloniki. Beautiful apartment with all possible things you can imagine. 10 stars from me!

We just had a wonderful week at Maria's Studio 2 - apartement room number 102! We especially liked the shaded ground floor terrace where we could sit in privacy, and the great location which is super close to the beach promenade, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The kitchen equipment was basic, but very functional nevertheless. The aircondition worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is rather small and simple. Dimitris was very helpful and friendly, always reacted quickly to questions, and was happy to provide information about local transportation. When something broke in the bathroom, he just fixed it right on the next day!

We had a great time in Kalamaria, thanks to Christos very good recommendations. The apartment is nice and comfy, not that big, but big enough even for us travelling with two kids. The communication with Christos was easy and quick, he was very friendly and polite.

Jely was very helpful. When we first entered the house, the air conditioners were not turned on, and when we said it was cold, she immediately took care of it and solved the problem with her husband. The house was spotless. We went with our child and everything was suitable for the children.

We stayed in Mrs. Aspasia's apartment for 1 week. It felt like home. The description of the house and the distances from the metro to the beach, etc. are as described by Mrs. Aspasia. The apartment is on a busy street but we had no inconvenience during sleep due to the good insulation. The house is warm and equipped with everything needed for a short and longer stay. We recommend Mrs. Aspasia's house unreservedly and we will prefer it again when we come back to Thessaloniki.

Stavro's apartment is perfect. It is located in a newly built, quiet building in a peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is very practical, offering plenty of space in all rooms, a spacious kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. We also appreciated how clean it was, which made us feel safe and at ease. Finally, the location is fantastic, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. Stavros is an excellent host—kind, responsive, and proactive. He communicated clearly and provided helpful information that made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great stay! Katerina lives with her son in the upper apartment, while the Airbnb apartment is the lower apartment with garden. The two were very friendly, always available and her son speaks very good English and also helped us out a few times. Nevertheless, we had complete privacy. We were there with our 2-year-old son and rental car and for us the location was perfect. Beautifully quiet, great garden with beautiful sea view. You just have to walk across the street and you are already on the beach, which is clean and beautiful! We were there in September and sometimes even had the beach completely to ourselves. The location is also good for hiking near Olympus, or visiting the archaeological sites in Vergina and Dion (all about 40 min drive).

Aikaterini’s home is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was immaculate, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Would highly recommend! Thank you Aikaterini!

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

Nice apartment with garden, next to the beach with lots of tavernas nearby. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment because it is in a row with very similar ones. You cannot park your car in front of the apartment, but there is a parking nearby. Nice and cozy space. Good communication with the landlord.

A lovely house in the most beautiful setting, we spent a wonderful few days relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

Evi & Anni's house is really beautiful and located right on the sea. The beach right in front of is very suitable for swimming, which we have used extensively. In the walking distance, there is another beach access with a bar, umbrellas and sun loungers. The bedrooms are nice and cozy, but very different sized and equipped - we then unloaded who gets which room. The kitchen and bathroom are great, everything is well equipped and you can work well from anywhere or make yourself comfortable for reading. The area is very quiet, the people there are very friendly. We were told that the area used to be quite touristy but since the campsite in the area was closed, there has been less going on for 10 years. The place has fallen a little out of time, which made the stay very quiet and relaxed. There are two shops where you can shop and some restaurants. Everything went well with the buses, too. We can highly recommend the stay.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Cute apartment, clean and tidy, fully equipped for both short and longer stays. In an impeccable and convenient location near the beach and the center, very close to buses and metro. The hosts are friendly and helpful! Thanks for your hospitality. I would definitely prefer it again!!!

I highly recommend it! A spotless space , adequate hygiene items ( bath towels, etc.) , many bedding). The bathroom was clean and tidy and had a washer, hair dryer as well as a dehumidifier. But the great asset of this accommodation was its excellent location as it is next to a metro station and a few minutes away from Aristotelous Square as well as places of entertainment in the center of Thessaloniki! Note also the fairly satisfactory amenity relationship-it!

Elizabeth's house was as in the photos, spotless, tidy and very easily accessible. Its central location and one step from a metro station. Elizabeth is great! I booked the house for my family, who came from Athens for my inauguration, and she responded instantly, sent very clear instructions on how to find the house and how to get into it.
