Villa vacation rentals in Ansedonia

We had a wonderful vacation in Uberto's apartment. It is very cozy and in a strategic location to get around even without the help of the car. We took advantage of it for bike rides (splendid tour of the Argentario) and moments of relaxation or running on the beach (which is really two minutes away on foot). In addition, the garden is large and well isolated from the street, so it allowed you to read and study with peace of mind. We hope to be back.

This home is set in a very tranquil area yet is still accessible to the town closeby. The interior is very comfortable and tasetfully. The porch and garden were lovely areas to relax for morning coffee. The host and his family were very welcoming and were a great example of Italian hospitality. Although we had issues with the WiFi during our stay, they did everything to fix it and even reimbursed us for the data we used.

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

What an amazing location with a sensational view. We were looking for a restful location in picturesque surroundings where we could relax and unwind; this was definitely that place. After a day at the beach (7 min walk - downhill way there and quite a steap climb back if you decided not to drive) this had all the (immaculately landscaped) outdoor living spaces you need to relax into the evening and look out to sea as the day ends....views you could even enjoy from the brilliant outdoor shower! The accomodation was perfect for our group (3 adult couples) and on the warmer days it was nice to have the air conditioning. Both the owner and the host were helpful and responsive throughout. The only noteworthy things are that the drive into the location was along some tight and twisty cliff roads (I would not like to drive it in the dark) and the local beach is rocky so I would highly recommend swimming shoes. Overall we felt this was a magical place and had an amazing stay!

Perfect spot for a Tuscany experience. Nicely located between two friendly villages with fantastic restaurants and any supplies that you may need. The swimming pool was well maintained by Luciano and was used by us multiple times a day, for our group it was a highlight of the property. We all came away very happy with our stay and would totally recommend staying at this property.

Gina and Massimo’s home was beautiful, modern, thoughtfully considered, and well designed both inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable beds, pillows, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. We were happy to find ample outlets and usb chargers in the both bedrooms. The pool and outdoor areas were relaxing, beautiful, well maintained and made for a 5 star stay. A few standout’s were the dishwasher and not just a washing machine, but also dryer as well which are things that you do not typically find in most Italian homes. Viterbo is a beautiful town with lots of great restaurants and things to do nearby. Highly recommend this rental!

This is a semi-detached, new villa, furnished in a modern and functional way. The winter heating is independent and heats very well. The kitchen is large, clean, equipped and functional, although there is no dishwasher. There are dishes of all kinds, much more than you need. The outdoor patio and garden are furnished with a relaxation area, sun loungers, hammock, dining area, large umbrella and even a large barbecue. Unfortunately, we were there in winter and did not enjoy all this, but during the summer I imagine it is a very pleasant space. Bathrooms are clean and functional, with lockers for storing personal items. The beds are quite comfortable, although we would have liked an extra pillow. The host was friendly and provided all the information to make the most of the house and its surroundings. I definitely recommend this cottage.

Gerardo’s place is magnificent and an unforgettable place to stay if you’re in the region. The surroundings are totally peaceful and you feel completely secluded and at peace. Very clear instructions for check in and check out. The house was very comfortable and we all slept very well…the pool is magical. We only wished we had booked to stay longer.

The villa experience was crazy! Live is much better than in photos. The common spaces between kitchen, dining room and living room are many spacious, tastefully furnished and the landscape from the windows do not need to be described... Enjoy the sunset with the fireplace on and a nice glass of wine comfortably seated on the sofa is unparalleled! Spacious and elegant bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, which has allowed each couple to have their own privacy Lovely exteriors ❤️ Nearby there is the closed lake, the Trasimeno and excellent restaurants or wineries where you can spend time between villages The kitchen was stocked with everything! But just everything! We also found scales and immersion blender…. Countless glasses and glasses 🤣 What else to say? We'll be back to enjoy the pool that was unfortunately closed in April

We had a great time staying at the place! The location is fantastic. The view is beautiful and the house unique. We spent a lot of time by the pool and in the terrace. The supermarket is 5 minutes away by car and the kitchen is well equipped to prepare a nice meal every evening. communication with Caroline was very easy and straightforward.

Beautiful private property, very peaceful and incredibly spacious. We used the house as our base to explore Tuscany each day and then return for downtime by the pool. Host was helpful connecting us with a local chef for meals at the house 2 out of 5 nights, which ended up being perfect. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing each day. We were a family of 5, but if we return well brings friends as well, there is ample space for 2 families.

Woooow, no words can really describe how wonderful this place is. We've seen this fantastic villa from afar before (you can see it when coming in to the island from the boat), but we could never imagine how wonderful it is. The house itself is perfect, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms etc - but what really stood out was how close you were to the city while also feeling like having your own little paradise. The balconies where a dream, the view perfect and the private place to swim simply wonderful. 10/10, and will 100% come back!

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs over the years, but this is probably the best experience we have ever had. Absolutely gorgeous historic property nestled in the Tuscan hillside. Incredible host with lots of support and helpful suggestions. An extremely comfortable and relaxed stay. Highlights included wine tasting and a trip to the nearby spa. Do not miss Eleanora’s incredible home-cooked meals. She caters everything at the residence for a very reasonable cost. You don’t have to lift a finger — it’s bliss. Martino was among the most responsive and proactive hosts I’ve ever encountered. Especially when we had a small health scare with our infant, he was immediately available with perfect advice about nearby healthcare options. I am a tiny bit hesitant to give such a glowing review only because we definitely want to visit again someday and don’t want whoever is reading this review to book the same dates! Really, if you’re considering this property, don’t think — just book.

Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!

What an incredible haven Deb has created in the tidy and charming medieval town of Monticchiello. Exactly as described and THEN SOME! Deb is a master hostess who communicates proactively and is ready to assist with anything you need (reservations/recommendations/etc). The lodging was comfy, spacious, well outfitted and had incredible views. Plus a bonus garden and breakfast included in the morning. Don't miss this Tuscan retreat!

We spent a few days in a home that stands out for its authentic character and finesse. Although our stay was short, the imprint of the place remained striking thanks to a striking panorama of the Tuscan hills, visible from the relaxation area. The bad weather deprived us of the use of the pool, but the expansive terrace allowed us to enjoy a friendly alfresco lunch over a barbecue. Inside, the modern layout blends with artistic touches, with every detail being carefully thought out to offer comfort and aesthetics. Philippe and Muriel, our hosts, were able to find the perfect balance between availability and respect for our privacy, making our experience even more enjoyable. The grounds, impeccably maintained and conveniently located for exploring the surrounding villages, are an additional asset. A place that we leave with regret... but with the desire to come back.

We were thrilled with this villa. It was clean and everything was available, the towels and linen are changed once a week. The pool water was measured and cleaned almost daily. The vegetation around the house is lush, so no one can see from the outside. But beware, where there is a lot of greenery, there are also many mosquitoes. All the windows have fly guards and are barred, so you feel safe when you are on the road for several hours. The gate from the driveway, which is quite steep by the way, can be opened and closed electronically. In the kitchen is everything you need for cooking. The barbecue is on the patio. Also in the kitchen you have the possibility to grill on hot plate. All bedrooms, have air conditioning, down to 1 of 2 bedrooms downstairs. Fans, washing machine, fridge, iron, hair dryer and a coffee capsule machine etc. are provided. A dream home & a dream vacation! Muchísimas gracias Silvia. 😊

The house is very nice and rhuig located, in very good condition and top furnished. You definitely need a car because shops, restaurants and cafes are a little further away. Despite mixed weather conditions we had a very nice stay. The beautiful days we were hiking, cycling in the Maremma or swimming by the sea. The nearby Daniel Spöri Museum is also highly recommended. In case of rain, we cooked extensively in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the good DVD music and film selection by fireplace. All around for us (5) a perfect getaway.

Unforgettable experience at this beautiful property. Each of us 12 of us enjoyed maximum comfort and relaxation. Spacious and cozy rooms, well furnished common areas, fully equipped kitchen, garden and outdoor terraces from which the view is breathtaking. A fascinating place! We absolutely recommend it to all those who love tranquility and want to visit the most beautiful villages and cities of Umbria and Tuscany.

We had a great time at Paola's place. The house is huge and very nice, the pool gigantic, all surrounded by sublime vegetation. Its location is ideal, both secluded for a holiday in peace and close to typical Italian villages and beautiful lakes. Paola was throughout the stay extremely available and responsive to our questions about the house or the area. She booked us at our request a stove for a night and a Baby Sitter. This house is a little piece of heaven! Hoping to be able to come back someday to further explore this beautiful area! Thank you Paola for your hospitality, kindness and availability!

Before our arrival, there was already contact via the app, very convenient. We were warmly welcomed in a wonderfully cool house. The house was more spacious than in the pictures and in the living room there was also an air conditioning unit that was not in the photos or described. The fridge was stocked with the first necessities and there was even detergent by the washing machine, very complete! Every day we were asked via the app if we needed anything and there were plenty of tips for activities and restaurants. If we asked anything, there was a quick response, very helpful. Our girls enjoyed the swimming pool, each apartment has its own canopy with thatched roof and sunbeds, ideal! The only "downside" could be the noisiness, you can hear your neighbors sliding with furniture and talking enthusiastically. We had quiet neighbors so little bothered by that. We had a wonderful vacation in this nice stay!

Beautiful large property with a great pool. Perfect for a quiet holiday. The Monticiano village is within walking distance. The owner welcomed and looked after us very pleasantly. We will be happy to come back.
