Villa vacation rentals in Ansedonia

Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza nell'appartamento di Uberto. È molto accogliente ed in posizione strategica per spostarsi anche senza l'ausilio della macchina. Noi ne abbiamo approfittato per giri in bicicletta (splendido il giro dell'Argentario) e momenti di relax o corsa sulla spiaggia (che è veramente a due minuti a piedi). Inoltre il giardino è grande e ben isolato dalla strada, quindi permetteva di leggere e studiare in tutta tranquillità. Speriamo di poterci tornare.

This home is set in a very tranquil area yet is still accessible to the town closeby. The interior is very comfortable and tasetfully. The porch and garden were lovely areas to relax for morning coffee. The host and his family were very welcoming and were a great example of Italian hospitality. Although we had issues with the WiFi during our stay, they did everything to fix it and even reimbursed us for the data we used.

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

What an amazing location with a sensational view. We were looking for a restful location in picturesque surroundings where we could relax and unwind; this was definitely that place. After a day at the beach (7 min walk - downhill way there and quite a steap climb back if you decided not to drive) this had all the (immaculately landscaped) outdoor living spaces you need to relax into the evening and look out to sea as the day ends....views you could even enjoy from the brilliant outdoor shower! The accomodation was perfect for our group (3 adult couples) and on the warmer days it was nice to have the air conditioning. Both the owner and the host were helpful and responsive throughout. The only noteworthy things are that the drive into the location was along some tight and twisty cliff roads (I would not like to drive it in the dark) and the local beach is rocky so I would highly recommend swimming shoes. Overall we felt this was a magical place and had an amazing stay!

Tolles Anwesen mit einem gigantischen Pool, der täglich gereinigt wurde. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig mit großen Schlafzimmern. In Manciano findet man alles was man braucht. Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Region, allerdings war dieses Haus schon weit ab vom Schuss. Das Haus selbst liegt aber direkt an der Straße zwischen Montemerano und Manciano und ist gut zu erreichen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es hätte für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Vorallem die Küchenutensilien und die Böden. Betten, Handtücher, Bettwäsche war aber sehr ordentlich und sauber. Nach Grosseto oder ans Meer Richtung Castiglione ist schon sehr weit zu fahren. Der direkte Weg Richtung Orbetello ist gut und die Strände da auch sehr schön. Ausflüge kann man viele machen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist Pitigliano.

Gina and Massimo’s home was beautiful, modern, thoughtfully considered, and well designed both inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable beds, pillows, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. We were happy to find ample outlets and usb chargers in the both bedrooms. The pool and outdoor areas were relaxing, beautiful, well maintained and made for a 5 star stay. A few standout’s were the dishwasher and not just a washing machine, but also dryer as well which are things that you do not typically find in most Italian homes. Viterbo is a beautiful town with lots of great restaurants and things to do nearby. Highly recommend this rental!

Si tratta di una villetta semindipendente, nuova, arredata in modo moderno e funzionale. Il riscaldamento invernale è autonomo e scalda molto bene. La cucina è ampia, pulita, attrezzata e funzionale, sebbene manchi la lavastoviglie. Sono presenti stoviglie di tutti i tipi, molto più di quanto possa servire. Il patio ed il giardino esterni sono arredati con area relax, lettini prendisole, amaca, zona pranzo, ampio ombrellone e persino un grande barbecue. Purtroppo noi ci siamo stati d'inverno e non abbiamo goduto di tutto questo, ma durante la bella stagione immagino sia uno spazio molto piacevole. I bagni sono puliti e funzionali, con armadietti per riporre gli oggetti personali. I letti sono abbastanza comodi, anche se avremmo gradito un cuscino aggiuntivo. L'host è stata cordiale ed ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per godere al meglio della casa e dei dintorni. Consiglio sicuramente questa villetta.

Gerardo’s place is magnificent and an unforgettable place to stay if you’re in the region. The surroundings are totally peaceful and you feel completely secluded and at peace. Very clear instructions for check in and check out. The house was very comfortable and we all slept very well…the pool is magical. We only wished we had booked to stay longer.

L’esperienza in villa è stata pazzesca! Dal vivo è molto meglio che in foto. Gli spazi comuni tra cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno sono molti ampi, arredati con gusto e il paesaggio dai finestroni non necessitano di descrizione… Godersi il tramonto con il camino acceso ed un bel bicchiere di vino comodamente seduti sul divano non ha eguali! Camere da letto spaziose ed eleganti, ognuno la col suo bagno, il che ha permesso ad ogni coppia di aver la propria privacy Gli esterni incantevoli ❤️ Nelle vicinanze c’è il lago di chiusi, il Trasimeno e ottimi ristoranti o cantine dove trascorrere il tempo tra un borgo e l’altro La cucina era fornita di tutto! Ma proprio tutto! Abbiamo trovato anche bilancia e frullatore ad immersione…. Calici e bicchieri innumerevoli 🤣 Che altro dire? Ci torneremo per godere anche della piscina che ahimè era chiusa ad Aprile

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Lage ist ein Traum. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und das Haus einzigartig. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool und auf der Terrasse verbracht. Der Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, um jeden Abend ein schönes Essen zuzubereiten. die Kommunikation mit Caroline war sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Beautiful private property, very peaceful and incredibly spacious. We used the house as our base to explore Tuscany each day and then return for downtime by the pool. Host was helpful connecting us with a local chef for meals at the house 2 out of 5 nights, which ended up being perfect. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing each day. We were a family of 5, but if we return well brings friends as well, there is ample space for 2 families.

Wonderful place to stay. Really appreciated the outdoor areas - backyard, balcony and kids amenities.

Woooow, no words can really describe how wonderful this place is. We've seen this fantastic villa from afar before (you can see it when coming in to the island from the boat), but we could never imagine how wonderful it is. The house itself is perfect, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms etc - but what really stood out was how close you were to the city while also feeling like having your own little paradise. The balconies where a dream, the view perfect and the private place to swim simply wonderful. 10/10, and will 100% come back!

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs over the years, but this is probably the best experience we have ever had. Absolutely gorgeous historic property nestled in the Tuscan hillside. Incredible host with lots of support and helpful suggestions. An extremely comfortable and relaxed stay. Highlights included wine tasting and a trip to the nearby spa. Do not miss Eleanora’s incredible home-cooked meals. She caters everything at the residence for a very reasonable cost. You don’t have to lift a finger — it’s bliss. Martino was among the most responsive and proactive hosts I’ve ever encountered. Especially when we had a small health scare with our infant, he was immediately available with perfect advice about nearby healthcare options. I am a tiny bit hesitant to give such a glowing review only because we definitely want to visit again someday and don’t want whoever is reading this review to book the same dates! Really, if you’re considering this property, don’t think — just book.

Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!

What an incredible haven Deb has created in the tidy and charming medieval town of Monticchiello. Exactly as described and THEN SOME! Deb is a master hostess who communicates proactively and is ready to assist with anything you need (reservations/recommendations/etc). The lodging was comfy, spacious, well outfitted and had incredible views. Plus a bonus garden and breakfast included in the morning. Don't miss this Tuscan retreat!

Mel is a fantastic host and the place is exactly like in your most vivid Tuscany dreams.:) It's not our first time here and we absolutely loved everything about the place. Nous avons passé quelques jours dans une demeure qui se distingue par son caractère authentique et sa finesse. Bien que notre séjour fût court, l’empreinte du lieu est restée marquante grâce à un panorama saisissant sur les collines toscanes, visible depuis l’espace détente. Le mauvais temps nous a privés de l’usage de la piscine, mais la vaste terrasse nous a permis de savourer un déjeuner convivial en plein air autour d’un barbecue. À l’intérieur, l’agencement moderne se mêle à des touches artistiques, chaque détail étant soigneusement pensé pour offrir confort et esthétisme. Philippe et Muriel, nos hôtes, ont su trouver le parfait équilibre entre disponibilité et respect de notre intimité, rendant notre expérience encore plus agréable. Le terrain, impeccablement entretenu et idéalement situé pour explorer les villages environnants, constitue un atout supplémentaire. Un endroit que l’on quitte à regret… mais avec l’envie d’y revenir.

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Villa. Sie war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche werden 1 x wöchentlich gewechselt. Das Poolwasser wurde fast täglich gemessen und gereinigt. Die Vegetation um das Haus herum ist üppig, so dass niemand von außen reinblicken kann. Aber Achtung: wo viel Grün ist, sind auch viele Mücken. Alle Fenster haben Fliegenschutz und sind vergittert, so fühlt man sich sicher, wenn man für mehrere Std. Unterwegs ist. Das Tor von der Einfahrt, die im übrigen ziemlich steil ist, lässt sich elektronisch öffnen und schließen. In der Küche befindet sich alles was man fürs Kochen braucht. Der Grill steht auf der Terrasse. Auch in der Küche hat man die Möglichkeit auf heißer Platte zu grillen. Alle Schlafzimmer, haben Klima, bis auf 1 von 2 Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss. Ventilatoren, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen, Föns und eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine etc. sind vorhanden. Ein Traumhaus & ein Traumurlaub! Muchísimas gracias Silvia. 😊

Das Haus ist sehr schön und rhuig gelegen, in einem sehr guten Zustand und top eingerichtet. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto da Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafes etwas weiter weg sind. Trotz gemischten Wetterbedingungen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die schönen Tage waren wir Wandern, Fahrradfahren in der Maremma oder baden am Meer. Das naheliegende Daniel Spöri-Museum ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Bei Regen haben wir in der gut ausgestatteten Küche ausgiebig gekocht und bei Kaminfeuer die gute DVD Musik- und Film-Auswahl genossen. Rundum für uns (5) ein perfekter Kurzurlaub.

Esperienza indimenticabile in questa bellissima proprietà. Ognuno di noi 12 ha goduto del massimo comfort e relax. Stanze ampie ed accoglienti, ambienti comuni ben arredati, cucina dotata di tutto, giardino e terrazze esterne dal quale la vista è mozzafiato. Un luogo affascinante! Consigliamo assolutamente a tutti coloro che amano la tranquillità e desiderano visitare i più bei borghi e città dell'Umbria e Toscana.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez paola. La maison est immense et très agréable, la piscine gigantesque, le tout entouré d’une sublime végétation. Son emplacement est idéal, à la fois isolée pour vivre des vacances en toutes tranquillité et à proximité de villages typiques italiens et de lacs magnifiques. Paola à été tout au long du séjour extrêmement disponible et réactive à nos questions sur la maison ou sur la région. Elle nous a réservé à notre demande une cuisinière pour un soir et une Baby Sitter. Cette maison est un petit coin de paradis! En espérant pouvoir revenir un jour afin d’explorer davantage cette magnifique région! Merci Paola pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et disponibilité !

Voor onze aankomst was er al contact via de app, heel handig. We werden warm ontvangen in een heerlijk koel huis. Het huis was ruimer dan op de foto's en in de woonkamer hing ook een airco unit die niet op de foto's stond of beschreven werd. De koelkast was gevuld met de eerste benodigdheden en er stond zelfs wasmiddel bij de wasmachine, heel compleet! Elke dag werd ons via de app gevraagd of we nog iets nodig hadden en er kwamen voldoende tips voor activiteiten en restaurants. Als wij iets vroegen dan kwam er snel reactie, heel behulpzaam. Onze meiden hebben genoten van het zwembad, ieder appartement heeft zijn eigen overkapping met rieten dak en ligbedden, ideaal! Het enige 'minpunt' zou de gehorigheid kunnen zijn, je hoort je buren schuiven met meubels en enthousiast praten. Wij hadden rustige buren dus daar weinig last van gehad. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit fijne verblijf!

Wunderschönes großes Anwesen mit einem tollen Pool. Perfekt geeignet für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Das Dorf Monticiano ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Eigentümerin hat uns sehr angenehm empfangen und betreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
