For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The apartment is very centrally located, in a quiet location. It has a kitchen, a bedroom and a living room as well as a bathroom with shower/bathtub. The living room is very light-flooded all day. The terrace with a small garden area invites you to linger in summer. The apartment is also suitable for family or groups. A penny is 2 minutes away and the train station is 3 minutes away by S-Bahn and express train (Ostbahnhof/MUC Zentrum/Hauptbahnhof/Hauptbahnhof/Messe/Oktoberfest/Erding)

Close to the Munich Trade Fair (15 min): A healthy, solid wood house, high-quality, generously cut, with a few, high-quality materials clearly and minimalistically furnished. Are you looking for something in the Alps? A mountain hut? Or in Munich? A loft? We are right in between: Quickly in the city and yet quickly in the mountains. The house and shower water is heated with wood, you have to heat it yourself. The location of the house is NOT SUITABLE FOR A VISIT TO THE OKTOBERFEST!

Very quiet and conveniently located accommodation. Within a 3-minute walk, the S-Bahn takes you in 30 minutes to Munich Marienplatz or the regional train in 15 minutes to Ostbahnhof. Further goals: Munich Airport: CAR 30 min. , S-Bahn 60 min. Messe München ICM: CAR 20 min., Train/Bus 40min. Families appreciate the proximity to the spa Erding (car 20 min., train/bus 35 min), to Poing Wildpark, Munich Tierpark Hellabrunn and the swimming lakes in the surrounding area.

A children's travel bed and/or an extra mattress for a child are available. The S-Bahn to Munich (runs every 20 minutes) is within walking distance (10 minutes), travel time: 25 minutes to Marienplatz, close to the A 99 / A 94. In Poing there is a large wildlife park and a swimming lake, as well as several playgrounds.

Sie verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, die Hauptausrichtung ist Süd-West. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
