“My mom and I had planned to stay at Maria's while we were in town for my son's AIT graduation. Leading up to our anticipated departure, Maria was staying in touch with weather updates as the area was expecting some inclimate weather. Unfortunately, the snow caused our flight to be cancelled and we were unable to make it into town. Without hesitation, Maria asked for the details of the graduation ceremony and said she would try to make it. This incredible human made it to my son's graduation and sent me videos and pictures of my son, and even a selfie of the two of them 🥰 Knowing someone was physically present to support my son when I couldn't be there made all the difference. Based on the exemplary service Maria provided us when we weren't even able to visit, I can only imagine how delightful it is to actually stay at her place. She will definitely be my go to airbnb if I ever have the opportunity to come to town again.”

“Above & beyond!! I booked this property for my parents for their 52nd anniversary. They were thrilled with their stay! When I told Sondra why I was booking she made a special trip to buy my parents some wine & also took time to show them around. She made sure they had everything they needed!! I was so pleased that Sondra went so far out of her way for them. She even made sure to ask what they liked. The wine was incredibly thoughtful & unexpected. My husband Tim & I hope to go visit Medicine park this fall & we will certainly stay here. According to my parents, everything about the house & location was ideal. I’m so grateful for all the extras!! Thank you Tim & Sondra, for taking such great care of my parents.”
Reconnect by disconnecting. Our vacation home/studio space, Hope, is tucked away on a corner of our family hobby-farm with another vacation home. We love them both dearly, so the both have names and are a part of the Stone Turtle Family. If there's one thing we love, it's nature, which is why our place is packed with wildflowers, and the yard is generally a buzz. Did we mention the view of the Wichita Mountains from the Stone Turtle? Sensational.
“What a magical place. I basically felt like a fairy princess. The home is well appointed, whimsical, and very clean. The location is top notch. The sunset behind the mountains was breathtaking to watch. Stargazing on the back porch was incredible. It's not often I see the whole night sky. The yard backs up to gorgeous green pastures and it was April when I visited so the many annuals were blooming. Just lovely! Also quiet, peaceful. Hostesses are friendly and responsive. I would definitely book again and have already recommended to friends. A unique experience and fantastic value!”
