Vacation rentals with beach access in Apennine Mountains

Franko ist einfach super kommunikativ und immer bereit, Ratschläge zu geben. Die Wohnung war absolut top, super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine und so weiter. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, direkt am Meer mit Restaurants in der Nähe und sogar einem eigenen vor der Tür. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank, Franko, für die großartige Zeit!

Danira’s apartment is a great place to stay if you’re planning to explore south of Šibenik. It is very tastefully furnished, has a great view over the bay and, what impressed us the most, has EVERYTHING you may ever need during your stay. I must say Danira goes well beyond what’s standard in other apartments in Croatia so a huge thumbs up from me. The location is also very practical. It’s only around 2-3 minutes on foot from the nearest beach and 10 minutes by car from a great peninsula where you can find proper wild beaches if that’s your thing.

Gordana's place is lovely, the garden is absolutely beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the bathroom, which is spacious and modern. We had a lovely stay, the only concern we had was that the beach was not clean at all which was disappointing as the water was very clear. We would have liked to stay more in the nearby area to swim. It could be that it was early season and the beach hadn't been cleaned yet. Nothing was wrong with the actual apartment, I can recommend it if you come with a car so you can get around to eplore other beaches.

Lejligheden er helt fantastisk. Stor altan med 180 graders havudsigt og derudover tagterrasse med solsenge. Gode bademuligheder fra molen neden for huset. Kan stærkt anbefales!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, Mario ist ein toller und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. In dem Zimmer mit Küche fehlt es an nichts für einen kurzen Urlaub, der Grill kann auch benutzt werden. Wir haben Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen und konnten E-Scooter oder Fahrräder von Mario benutzen, um z.B. in die Altstadt zu gelangen.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Bibinje hat nicht soooo viel zu bieten in der Nebensaison aber wir konnten günstig mit dem Taxi nach Zadar fahren. Der Pool ist wie auf den Bildern und es gibt dort direkt eine Bierzapfmaschine. Unterkunft war wirklich top! 😊

Wir haben bereits das 3. Mal bei Ante gebucht und möchten uns herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Diese Appartements sind sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, etwas oberhalb des Meeres. Man kann auf der überdachten Terrasse den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Es ist ruhig, man hört das Meeresrauschen und das freundliche Rascheln von Vögeln und hübschen Salamandern. Die Natur rundherum ist schön, im gepflegten Garten kann man sich gut aufhalten, es gibt Kräuter und einen Zitronenbaum. Ganz nahe kann man auf einem kleinen Weg oberhalb des Meeres an der steilen Küste durch die wohlduftende Natur spazieren. Im Garten konnten wir eine Tischtennisplatte benutzen, sehr zur Freude unseres Sohnes. Ein Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes war der freundliche Empfang von Raffaele, auf italienisch, mit Händen und Füßen, mit echter Herzlichkeit. Bei Problemen war er sofort hilfreich zur Stelle und dennoch auf freundliche Diskretion bedacht. Für vier Personen war großzügig Platz und alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir durften alles nutzen was vorrätig war, das war wirklich sehr nett! Der Aufenthalt war richtig toll!!!

Great place, down to earth and original!

Sehr nette ,saubere Unterkunft in dem ruhigen Ort Betina, vom Vermieter hat alles bestens funktioniert, Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Natürlich gibt es zu dieser Zeit ( November) nicht so viele Anbote von Restaurants, etc, aber in Murter gibt es um diese Zeit auch sehr gute Restaurants, und die sind ja in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Jedenfalls top! Gerhard

Wij zijn samen met onze twee dochters 15 dagen in het appartement van Josip verbleven en hebben een ontzettend leuke tijd gehad. Het huis is fantastisch, erg ruim, erg compleet en een ruim balkon met een uitzicht dat nooit verveeld. Josip is een geweldige gastheer, staat altijd klaar om vragen te beantwoorden en tips te geven. We hebben een gezellige avond gehad toen hij voor ons een maaltijd heeft bereid en ons zijn wijnkelder heeft laten zien en we hebben mogen proeven van zijn lekkere wijn en likeur. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van een supermarkt en een gezellige boulevard met leuke restaurantjes. De zee ligt voor de deur, kortom de perfecte locatie! Wij hebben genoten en hopen hier nog eens terug te komen!

A lovely apparentment over two floors, close to everything and super quiet. Jesse was a great host with excellent knowledge of Komiza, plus he met us off the bus from Vis which was very helpful.. especially if you have experienced Croatian street planning! We really enjoyed our stay, and sitting out on the little balcony... plus, in Komiza we had some of the best wood-fired pizza and ice-cream we've had in Croatia!

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Der Blick aus der Wohnung direkt aufs Meer, dieses milde Klima noch im Oktober, alles sehr besonders. wir haven es sehr genossen in dieser kleinen, aber feinen Wohnung zu sein. Die Lage ist perfekt und traumhaft schön. es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus undxeknen eigenen Zugang zum Meer über Treppen, unvergleichlich. Die Anfahrt direkt zum Haus ist gewagt, aber machbar. Mücken wsren auch im Oktober noch sehr lästig. Es war zu unserem Zeitpunkt kein Supermarkt offen ,einkaufen besser in Labin. Gaststätte war eine offen und eine Pizzeria im nahegelegenen Campingplatz. Renata war sehr unkompliziert zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Einzigst negativ zu erwähnen ist, dass in der Beschreibung von einer Waschmaschine die Rede ist. Diese gab es zumindest bei uns nicht. Sonst war alles top und absolut empfehlenswert. Wären gern noch länger geblieben.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und sieht in echt sogar noch besser aus als auf den Bildern! Es gibt alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Der Pool ist beheizt und daher immer nutzbar - zudem ist das Meer ja ohnehin direkt nebenan. Der Gastgeber war super nett, proaktiv und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen, das ganze Haus gezeigt und mit Tipps zur Seite gestanden. Insgesamt war die Villa jeden Cent wert!

This was our first time in Golfo Di Aranci and we made the best decision staying at this airbnb. The place itself is clean, spacious and the view is absolutely unbeatable. It’s located steps away from a beautiful beach where you can rent chairs (as well as a restaurant with food and drinks) or just hang out on the sand. It’s also a short walk from a market, take away food place and one of the best pizza restaurants I’ve ever had. I highly recommend renting a car (there is a garage parking spot included) to drive to nearby pristine beaches or other areas of Sardinia. The best part by far was the responsiveness and helpfulness from the two fantastic hosts Luigi and Duke. They provided every recommendation you could possibly need for an amazing trip. Thank you for everything and we will be back one day!

My husband and I loved staying here! Francesco was flexible with check in time and met us with the keys right outside. He even helped bring our (overpacked) bags up to the unit and gave us great recommendations. The location was perfect for us - walkable to the busy part of town (also a bus that runs to the center if you're not up for the walk), but quiet and private compared to the city center. Would definitely stay here again!

Przepiękny, nowoczesny, ekskluzywny, przestrzenny apartament, idealnie położony nad samą wodą tuż przy deptaku.Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, smart tv w każdej sypialni, czyściutkie ręczniki, dobra pościel, ładna zastawa, dostępna chemia, pralka, leżaki to wszystko uczyniło pobyt przyjemniejszym. Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

La host Marta è sempre stata super gentile e disponibile, già prima del check-in.L'alloggio è stato restaurato da poco con materiali moderni e di qualità.La posizione è fantastica:la spiaggia(anche quella libera)è vicinissima e comoda da raggiungere, e il centro dista pochi minuti a piedi percorrendo il lungo mare(Via Italia).Ristoranti ottimi nelle immediate vicinanze e Conad proprio di fronte. Le uniche due pecche a mio avviso riscontrate (ma ci tengo a precisare che non dipendono da Marta, ovviamente!) sono state:soprattutto il venerdì/sabato sera, il quartiere è un po' rumoroso per ragazzi chiassosi e motorini sgasanti, anche perché sfortunatamente esattamente di fronte all'alloggio c'è un porticato che fa rimbombare voci e rumori, ma per fortuna Marta ha dotato l'alloggio di serramenti che, se chiusi, permettono un ottimo isolamento acustico; lo stabile è un po' vecchiotto, sicuramente non all'altezza dell'appartamento. Complessivamente siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno!

Great little stop on our journey around Sardinia. My wife and I both loved the very tasteful decor and the facilities available were high quality and easy to use. Probably the most comfortable bed we slept in - and that's up against 5-star hotels! Arbatax has a lot to offer too with boat tours and plenty of other activities to do and some great restaurants for the foodies out there. I loved the little bay next to the gate with the lighthouse on the hill. Beautiful! Also like others say, it's a good place to be if you're a cat lover. They're everywhere! I think they should change the name of the town to ArbaCATS! If I had any small suggestions for additions, I think one would be to have some blackout curtains, and another would be to have a towel rack in the bathroom. We had a fantastic stay, and want to say a big thank you to the host for their flexibility and warm welcome.

Had a wonderful time. Leonardo is a great host, we had a very good communication. The location directly at the sea is unbeatable. The flat is off course not big, but well equipped and even with two adults and two kids not too small either (and there is plenty of space outside).

Die Lage der Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. David hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und hat immer geholfen wo er konnte. Super netter Gastgeber
