Vacation rentals with beach access in Italy

Luca was super amazing. Such an amazing host. He helped us with the little things like locating the best restaurants around and other helpful tips. The apartment overlooks the sea so it gave us a very rich tapestry of Bari. I’ll recommend Luca’s place over and over again.

We stayed 3 nights at the beautiful place. Francesco greeted us personally and showed us everything. There was a bottle of wine and water on arrival. The property is really right on the beach, very stylishly furnished and also offers a large roof terrace for guests. We had a lot of fun with the kayaks that were at our disposal. Optionally, it is possible to book a massage. We would definitely recommend the place! Thank you 🤩

AnaCarolina’s place was beautiful! It was just a few steps from the sea, around the block were restaurants, cafes, groceries etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone traveling through Capo D’Orlando!

The place is really nice, very clean, terrace is amazing :) we had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, we parked on the street and there was no problem to find parking spot anytime, we could use the bikes. we really enjoyed our stay :)

Great place, very well located. 5 minute walk to the train station to visit cinque terre! I recommend

We stayed in the apartment for the 2nd time this year as we liked the location directly on the beach, the beautiful beaches of the area as well as the accessibility of restaurants/beach bars. The apartment is always cool and especially on the terrace you can tolerate it well at any time of the day and heat. Basic amenities in the kitchen (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, dishwasher,...) are also provided. Otherwise, my review from last year continues - just a great place to spend relaxing vacation days!

Tinky’s place was huge compared to other places. It had everything and more. Tinky left us treats in the kitchen. Cabinets were stocked with essentials. We used the washing machine and hung our clothes on the drying rack which was covered so no one could see it. We parked the car, then walked easily to the beach, shopping and train station. Tinky called the host of a cooking excursion we went on to help us with the location. We highly recommend!

I thank Antonia for the ease of communication and the countless information she gave me about the house and the surroundings during my stay. Always quick and present. The house is a gem you can't want better if you are looking for tranquility and a priceless sea view. Thank you

Michela was a fantastic host. Check-in and check-out were super easy and flexible. From restaurants, beaches, excursions, etc., she put together a great handbook. Everything just like in the description - we especially enjoyed the lower couch lounge, as well as the small beach right in front of the house. The kitchens are also equipped with everything you need. The street we are open to Michaela communicates a little loud but didn't bother us any further. For strong coffee users, I recommend taking a Bialetti or the like. Otherwise, there are capsule coffee machines. Perfect location, we had a great stay , sunset view from the apartment is breathtaking, so many beautiful bars and restaurants near the place , cute swimming pool , authentic place , Claudio and his family are very friendly and welcoming ♥️ they recommended us the best beaches and nice villages. This was our first time in Golfo Di Aranci and we made the best decision staying at this airbnb. The place itself is clean, spacious and the view is absolutely unbeatable. It’s located steps away from a beautiful beach where you can rent chairs (as well as a restaurant with food and drinks) or just hang out on the sand. It’s also a short walk from a market, take away food place and one of the best pizza restaurants I’ve ever had. I highly recommend renting a car (there is a garage parking spot included) to drive to nearby pristine beaches or other areas of Sardinia. The best part by far was the responsiveness and helpfulness from the two fantastic hosts Luigi and Duke. They provided every recommendation you could possibly need for an amazing trip. Thank you for everything and we will be back one day!

My husband and I loved staying here! Francesco was flexible with check in time and met us with the keys right outside. He even helped bring our (overpacked) bags up to the unit and gave us great recommendations. The location was perfect for us - walkable to the busy part of town (also a bus that runs to the center if you're not up for the walk), but quiet and private compared to the city center. Would definitely stay here again!

Eriselda is a great host, kind, helpful, and always responds to messages quickly. There was no problem with late check-in and leaving the apartment later. Quiet village, beautiful beach, sunset and lots of bars and two well-stocked grocery stores. An apartment as described, equipped with all necessary appliances, dishwasher, iron, dryer, towels, etc. Very comfortable large double beds and a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Great location, close to the airport but without the noise of planes, also easy access to Rome. I recommend this unit. 😊

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic:the beach(even the free one)is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the long sea(Via Italia). Excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion found (but I would like to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Fridays/Saturdays, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for noisy guys and sparkling mopeds, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that buzzes voices and noises, but fortunately Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a little old, certainly not at the height of the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

The place looked even better than the photos and was very clean. Very friendly host who gave us useful recommendations.

The location of the accommodation was simply fantastic and we felt very comfortable. David was always quick to respond to messages and always helped where he could. Super nice host

We had a great time, surely in summer it offers incredible comfort since it is on the sea.
