Condo vacation rentals in Apennine Mountains

I stayed here with my partner and two children (9 and 13). Bianca and Alfonso were brilliant - always happy to help. The apartment was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee (a real bonus as it was April). As mentioned there is a walk up the hill into town. From the apartment door to the station this took 15-20 mins, we had to walk up the road though as the path behind the apartment was temporarily closed - that would have been quicker. It is such a beautiful location though, with stunning views over to Vesuvius all the way, that we never minded the walk. This was a great base for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The local train does get busy but is easy enough to use otherwise. We were glad we booked the airport bus to and from the airport with our luggage! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town - Alfonso gave us some recommendations which I appreciated. I would recommend.

Alain's apartment was very nice. The view is amazing! The terrace looked very nice, even if it was a bit too cold weather for us to be able to enjoy it. The beds were comfortable with very clean bed linens. The bathroom was also very clean, the shower had very good pressure. WiFi worked perfectly. Free parking on the premises was appreciated. Alan was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We can recommend this place. Thanks for the stay!

Lovely little apartment in a great neighbourhood, perfect if you want to get away from the more touristy areas of Rome. Kitchen was well stocked too if you want to try some cooking

Apartment in a great location, a 3-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a place with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), a kitchen area with everything you need, a large and functional bathroom (it was just a few more hangers), an outdoor area with a view of the port of Venus. Garage below. Porto venere reachable comfortably on foot. Gentle owners, in a way, neat and available. A great location for a vacation.

The breathtaking view is worth every penny and Ciompi is fantastic host, although easy to find on the map I would strongly recommend using the metro unless an experienced homer, as Google maps loves taking you up the stairs! Great pizza place just the local shops and a short walk from buses and metro, the walk to the central city is nice going downstairs too. 11/10 recommendation!

Celeste was a charming and attentive host. The accommodation is very well located, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and has suited our needs. there was a thrifty and a fine-hole strainer, in addition to efficient kitchen knives. There were infusions and ground coffee for Italian coffee makers. The bathroom is also comfortable and there were all the products like soap, shampoo, moisturizer in a nice container. For the sensitive: the curtains on the windows are not opaque but it suits us. During our stay, we could hear a little from the neighbors. The atmosphere of the place suited us very well.

Five stars are not enough for this place. It is spacious, very nicely decorated, and everything seems new. Very clean and absolutely beautiful! The hosts were wonderful and left us with fresh fruit, wine, lemoncello, pastries, and coffee. They even brought a replacement supply of coffee and more fruit, when they thought we would run out, and brought fresh towels even though we had a washing machine. There are at least 10 local restaurants right outside your door, all great! Plus 2 convenience stores if you need something, and excursions you can book (boats, kayaks, scuba, etc.) The mood in Marina Grande is very relaxed and stunningly beautiful! Sitting on the balcony or the small beach, Mount Vesuvius is right in front of you across the water, with twinkling lights at night and gorgeous sunsets and sunrises! The busy city center is a 15 minute walk, with lots to do and nice little shops. But it was always great to walk back in the evenings to this beautiful place! Highly recommend!!

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

We spent 1 week in this beautiful place and hope to be able to come back soon. The proximity to several very nice beaches, restaurants, bakery, small market...is perfect (walking distance). Other destinations can be easily reached after a short drive by car. The apartment is lovingly decorated, so you feel very comfortable. Everything matched the description. The garden is now a bit wild, but you can find one or two turtles. Goran is a very enjoyable and helpful host. We enjoyed it very much!

Maurizio is a great host and human being. his apartment is better than photos and well located. restaurants. ferry ,busses, all are just nearby (50-100m)

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.

Beautiful apartment and excellent landlord

Sara's place is very nice overlooking the sea. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. By car, you can reach the city center within 7 minutes. The communication with Sara was easy and she responded quickly. There is a Nespresso capsule machine.

We had such a lovely stay at Ornela’s. The accomodation was very well contained, tidy and practical, perfect for our little one as there was a toy corner which he loved. A great space and with a beautiful garden/seating area outside. Ornela was an excellent host. I recommend a stay here! Great for a family.

We had a lovely few days in Favone. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. From the small terrace you even had a small view of the countryside. Ciro and Elvira were super nice and helpful. The beaches in the area are also very nice and invite you to relax.

Mrs. Stefania is very helpful, she recommended many beautiful places to visit. Very nice apartment, with all the essentials. We felt right at home.

Very bright and pleasant new apartment, beautiful terrace with pool. The weather didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoors. St Florent is a charming place as a vacation spot.

We had a relaxing week in peace. Laetitia's brother François-Xavier hosted us very well. He is attentive, very responsive to the slightest request and above all very kind. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, nothing is missing, the bedding is impeccable and comfortable, we slept very well. It's really a haven of peace, the outside is very well arranged I bathed every day in the residence's swimming pool, it is heated. I'll definitely be back. I recommend it 1000%. Our stay at Adrienne's went well. The apartment is true to photos and description. Adrienne helped us find the equipment for our baby and we thank her for that.

We traveled with our 11 and 8 yo children,! swimming pool and tennis court! the place and surroundings were perfect!
