Condo vacation rentals in Apennine Mountains

I stayed here with my partner and two children (9 and 13). Bianca and Alfonso were brilliant - always happy to help. The apartment was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee (a real bonus as it was April). As mentioned there is a walk up the hill into town. From the apartment door to the station this took 15-20 mins, we had to walk up the road though as the path behind the apartment was temporarily closed - that would have been quicker. It is such a beautiful location though, with stunning views over to Vesuvius all the way, that we never minded the walk. This was a great base for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The local train does get busy but is easy enough to use otherwise. We were glad we booked the airport bus to and from the airport with our luggage! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town - Alfonso gave us some recommendations which I appreciated. I would recommend.

Alain's apartment was very nice. The view is amazing! The terrace looked very nice, even if it was a bit too cold weather for us to be able to enjoy it. The beds were comfortable with very clean bed linens. The bathroom was also very clean, the shower had very good pressure. WiFi worked perfectly. Free parking on the premises was appreciated. Alan was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We can recommend this place. Thanks for the stay!

Sehr tolle Gegend die perfekt angebunden ist. Ich war schon mehrmals in Rom und würde immer wieder in die Unterkunft von Jochen. Das Viertel ist wirklich toll, man kann super schnell zum Bus um in die Innenstadt zu fahren, hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und tolle Cafes direkt am Piazza um die Ecke - Testaccio ist ein wahrer Traum! In der Wohnung war auch alles in Ordnung und sauber :)

Appartamento in ottima posizione, 3 minuti a piedi da spiaggia e da fermata del bus. Zona molto tranquilla lontano dai rumori, un locale con letto (non divano-letto) molto comodo e grande, zona cucina con tutto l'occorrente, bagno grande e funzionale (mancava solo qualche appendino in più), zona esterna con vista su porto venere. Garage sottostante. Porto venere raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. proprietari gentili, a modo, precisi e disponibili. Un ottima location per vacanze.

Notre séjour a été parfait et inoubliable. Logement impeccable, propre, fonctionnel. Liiterie très confortable. Endroits paisible et proche de lieux incontournables. Axelle est un très gentille personne. Toujours disponible et de très bons conseils. Merci encore !!!!! Sincèrement

The breathtaking view is worth every penny and Ciompi is fantastic host, although easy to find on the map I would strongly recommend using the metro unless an experienced homer, as Google maps loves taking you up the stairs! Great pizza place just the local shops and a short walk from buses and metro, the walk to the central city is nice going downstairs too. 11/10 recommendation!

Celeste a été une hôtesse charmante et à notre écoute. Le logement est très bien situé, le lit est confortable, la cuisine bien équipée et a convenu à nos besoins. il y avait un économe et une passoire à trous fins, en plus de couteaux de cuisine efficaces. Il y avait infusions et café moulu pour les cafetières italiennes. La salle de bains aussi est confortable et il y avait tous les produits comme savon, shampooing, crème hydratante dans un joli contenant. Pour les sensibles: les rideaux aux fenêtres ne sont pas opaques mais ça nous allait. Lors de notre séjour, nous entendions un peu les voisins. L'ambiance du lieu nous a très bien convenue.

Five stars are not enough for this place. It is spacious, very nicely decorated, and everything seems new. Very clean and absolutely beautiful! The hosts were wonderful and left us with fresh fruit, wine, lemoncello, pastries, and coffee. They even brought a replacement supply of coffee and more fruit, when they thought we would run out, and brought fresh towels even though we had a washing machine. There are at least 10 local restaurants right outside your door, all great! Plus 2 convenience stores if you need something, and excursions you can book (boats, kayaks, scuba, etc.) The mood in Marina Grande is very relaxed and stunningly beautiful! Sitting on the balcony or the small beach, Mount Vesuvius is right in front of you across the water, with twinkling lights at night and gorgeous sunsets and sunrises! The busy city center is a 15 minute walk, with lots to do and nice little shops. But it was always great to walk back in the evenings to this beautiful place! Highly recommend!!

Estuvimos aquí de paso en nuestras vacaciones por Italia ,Olga y claudio fueron encantadores ,tienen un apartamento precioso con unas vistas inmejorables nos encantaría volver en nuestro próximo viaje

Wir haben 1 Woche in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht und hoffen bald wieder kommen zu können. Die Nähe zu mehreren sehr schönen Stränden, Restaurants, Bäckerei, kleiner Markt...ist perfekt (fußläufig). Weitere Ziele kann man problemlos nach kurzer Fahrt mit dem Auto erreichen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Der Garten ist mittlerweile etwas wild, dafür kann man aber die ein oder andere Schildkröte antreffen. Goran ist ein sehr angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Uns hat es sehr gefallen!

Appartamento come da descrizione, molto comodo e in una posizione perfetta, a due passi dalla spiaggia e dalle aree di principale interesse. Marco si è dimostrato collaborativo dal primo momento e ci ha messo completamente a nostro agio

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento delizioso, funzionale e centrale. Minori e bellissima e genuina. L'appartamento ha vista mare laterale dal balcone. Il proprietario Maurizio gentilissimo e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno qui.

L'alloggio è un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità. zero inquinamento acustico. vista meravigliosa. ambiente curato e una bellissima piscina dove rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. Antonella e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, gentili e estremamente discrete. posizione strategica per visitare sia i villaggi del lago Trasimeno sia per visitare Perugia, Assisi e tanti altri posti. il borgo vicino è incantevole e si può fare la spesa di prodotti locali. per una spesa più complessa basta raggiungere il villaggio del lago (Passignano) e si trova coop e Conad. unico aspetto che va considerato è che l area è totalmente sprovvista di rete mobile. la casa è dotata di wifi però appena esci di casa anche solo per andare in piscina non hai modo di accedere alla rete. per chi come noi aveva voglia di staccare da tutto è stato un non problema. se invece avessi avuto bisogno di lavorare o essere reperibile va considerato. nel complesso per noi è stata una bellissima settimana di relax. vale la pena.

Beautiful apartment and excellent landlord

Sara’s Unterkunft ist sehr schön mit Blick aufs Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 7min im Stadtzentrum. Die Kommunikation mit Sara war einfach und sie hat schnell geantwortet. Es gibt eine Nespresso-Kapselmaschine.

We had such a lovely stay at Ornela’s. The accomodation was very well contained, tidy and practical, perfect for our little one as there was a toy corner which he loved. A great space and with a beautiful garden/seating area outside. Ornela was an excellent host. I recommend a stay here! Great for a family.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Favone. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man brauchte. Von der kleinen Terrasse aus hatte man sogar einen kleinen Blick ins Grüne. Ciro und Elvira waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind ebenfalls sehr schön und laden zum entspannen ein.

La signora Stefania è molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato molti posti belli da visitare. Appartamento molto carino, con tutto il necessario. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Appartement neuf très lumineux et agréable, belle terrasse avec piscine. La météo ne nous pas permis de profiter de l'extérieur. St Florent est un endroit charmant comme lieu de villégiature.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Rémy. C'est un hôte accueillant et disponible et de très bons conseils. L'appartement était très bien et la piscine est très belle😁 Nous recommandons fortement le logement de Rémy. Merci pour vos attentions à l'arrivée d'ailleurs vos gâteaux sont excellents 😉 Nous gardons cette adresse précieusement.

Nous avons passés une semaine reposante au calme. Le frère de Laetitia François -Xavier nous a super bien accueilles il est à l'écoute très réactif à la moindre demande et surtout très gentil.L'appartement très propre joliment décoré rien ne manque,la literie impeccable confortable on y dort très bien. C'est vraiment un havre de paix l'extérieur est très bien agencée Je me suis baignée tous les jours à la piscine de la résidence elle est chauffée C'est certain j'y retournerai je recommande à 1000% Merci de votre accueil et très bonne continuation à vous Jeanne

Notre séjour chez Adrienne s’est bien passé. L’appartement est fidèle aux photos et à la description. Adrienne nous a aidé à trouver les équipements pour notre bébé et nous la remercions pour cela.

We traveled with our 11 and 8 yo children,! swimming pool and tennis court! the place and surroundings were perfect!
