Quaint duplex apartment in the countryside

Welcome to the Appenzellerland, in the valley of the New Year's Eve castles, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a beautiful seating area, directly at the Urnäsch (stream) and the post office car stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the '70s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to stay, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, my parents live in the other part of the house (own entrance), but this does not affect them.

Rustic farmhouse with distant views

The around 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at just under 700 meters above sea, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family holidays up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also welcome. The house captivates with a generous turnaround that is kept very close to nature. For children, various play facilities are available in and around the house.

Chalet Chnorz. Lodge @ Säntis

Chalet Chnorz is located on top of Oberlaui holiday home residence on a 1070m elevation upon Ennetbühl village with a view to Säntis, Stockberg and Churfirsten mountains and down into two valleys. Further up the valley is the popular Schwägalp from where the cable car goes to Säntis mountain. 5 skiing areas as Wildhaus and Wolzenalp are around at a 15 minutes distance, the hiking and snowshoeing trail to Hinterfallenchopf mountain starts in front of the property.

Dreamlike family holidays in country house

Stay in an original Appenzell farmhouse renovated in spring 22 with 4 bedrooms, 1 living room + 2 bathrooms. The house is secluded in the middle of a sheep pasture. Nevertheless you are in 10min in the city of St.Gallen. It has parking for about 3 cars; 50m away there is a bus stop. It has a nice outdoor area with deck chairs and hammock for relaxation and with 2 barbecue areas. The large garden with slide, swing, sandbox etc. is ideal for children.

To the Wöschhüsli

Welcome to the idyllic municipality of Lutzenberg in the hilly Appenzellerland. The small former Wöschhüsli is surrounded by green meadows and trees. The cozy cottage impresses with lots of charm and simplicity. A special highlight is the stream, which flows through the property and gives it a relaxed atmosphere. Whether those seeking peace, nature lovers or those interested in culture – everyone will find their retreat here.

Cozy studio on the first floor, in Appenzellerland

The comfortably furnished studio (ground floor) is situated at 800 meters abovesea level in a quiet residential neighborhood. From the sunny seat you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). There is a grill bowl there. In about 10 minutes by bus or Appenzellerbahn, the bus or Appenzellerbahn are within walking distance. Within 10 km you can reach various leisure facilities (minigolf, baths, hiking, skiing, biking).

Vogelnest

Just right for a cozy weekend for two or alone in the middle of nature !! An extensive organic shop in the nearby farmhouse is always open even for late arrivals. If they are looking for luxury in the traditional sense, the bird nest is not the right match. The luxury of the bird's nest is the wonderful simplicity. No TV, no radio, no wifi disturbs the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast basket if desired: 12.-/person

Heimeliges Studio at the foot of the Gäbris

Cosy studio for the perfect family holiday or for small groups with a sense of adventure... Hiking in nature at any time of the year, and enjoying the wonderful view. This small idyll is located directly at the foot of the Gäbris and the entire Alpstein region and Appenzellerland is close to it. Oskar guest card available on request. Bungalow with a stunning view LOMA BUENA VISTA

Cottage located on the Sonnenhang with beautiful views. On a cozy terrace you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis. There are many walking and hiking opportunities right from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, you walk about 100 m up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.
