Die gemütliche, helle Ferienwohnung „Gabis Edel Suite“ (68,90m² + 50,70m² Terrasse) befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, verfügt über zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Badezimmer, eine private finnische Sauna, eine Terrasse, WC, Föhn, eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Besteck, Geschirr, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Bettwäsche, Geschirrtücher und Handtücher sind auch vorhanden.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

An ideal base for exploring the south of South Tyrol, the wine route and the Dolomites. Supermarket, organic baker, pharmacy, playground, ice cream parlors, restaurants, bars and pizzerias are within easy walking distance. Freudenstein Castle and other castles are within walking distance.

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

A small supermarket and bus stop are a 2-minute walk away. The place is also a great base for small hikes and bike rides.

Design Loft "Chez Mone & Harry"

The chez mone & harry loft is nestled amidst orchards and vineyards at the edge of the historic village centre of Algund, near Merano, 5 min by car. You enter the third floor through a modern dependance, where product designer Harry Thaler and curator Simone Mair live with their three children. Harry took great pleasure in transforming a 50m2 attic into a warm, minimalistic dream loft in sustainable materials.
