Just north of Atlanta & 5 miles off I-75, our Hideaway on the Hill features a private entrance to a 240 sq ft private guest suite located on the bottom level of the home. There are no shared spaces. This clean, calming space is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood great for walking the dog. An easy drive to great restaurants, shopping and the Atlanta Braves stadium. Parking is included in your stay. We welcome well-trained, healthy pups CRATED IF LEFT ALONE. Details below.

Historic Roswell Private Guest Suite & Patio

Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Cozy up at Little Farm at the foothills of the Appalachians. Perfect for couples and traveling professionals, our private walkout basement has a separate driveway and entrance, king size bed and full bath. Comfy reclining loveseat and sofa, 70” HD smart TV with sound bar with Netflix and Amazon Prime, WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, and bistro table. Outside enjoy the Little Farm views of our flock under gorgeous Magnolia complete with fire pit and glider.

The Sawmill Cottage is 1500 SF cabin featuring a master BR and full bath on main leading to a spacious screened porch with beautiful view of woods. There is an extra Apartment available, see below. The second floor contains a loft BR with full bath. Located on wooded acreage with over a half mile of walking trails to beautiful Canton Creek with overlooking treehouse and hot tub. Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

This new studio is less than a mile to Canton Street and close to wedding venues. Furnished with upscale finishes, this studio style guesthouse is comfortable and convenient. It is separate from the main house with a private entrance and off-street parking spot. Walk to Historic Roswell or enjoy the nearby parks and trails. Get a great night sleep on the comfortable queen bed. Room to spread out with high-speed Internet access. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with essentials for your use!

Enjoy the hot tub in your private backyard nature preserve. Private grill, patio, hot tub, and dining area. Nature sightings include deer, fish, turtles, snakes, birds, and the most beautiful blue heron walking tall if you are lucky enough to catch a glimpse. A true paradise inside the city! Home is 25' x 25' so super cozy yet perfect for two!

Newly renovationed, cozy in-law suite

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

Quiet guesthouse on horsefarm in Hickory Flat

This cottage is the original home we built and lived in when we bought the property. It was our home for 10 years before we built the larger main house for our growing family which is located in front of the guesthouse. This farm has been our home for 30 years. So if you love a “home environment” and not the hotel experience for your stay this peaceful horse farm with nature all around could be just the right choice. The farm is convenient to Canton, Woodstock and Alpharetta.

Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
